The food is about the same as any Subway. When I was there this warm spring afternoon, there was a guy dressed in a heavy coat and pants with a hat on, sleeping on a table in the dining room. The staff didn't seem to mind which made me think that may be normal for this location. Makes me wonder how many can sleep there at one time and for how long. This guy was there when I walked in and was still there after I ate and left.
Just a good fresh sandwich and a good break from McDonald's..... Me, myself I with the tuna sub
Went to get two foot longs today n the lady working didn't even care to make our sandwiches right n was so rude
Last straw with this place. They are never open when they say they are going to be. It says online and on their door that they open at 9 am but many times I try to go there when they open and they are closed. I just tried to go this morning (day after Christmas) and it says online that they open at 10 today, so I wait til about 10:15 and go try to get a sandwich and they are closed and there is a guy inside doing prep work but he signals me through the window that they aren’t open without any kind of explanation and when I tried to get one he flat out ignored me. I’ve had it with the horrible service and the lack of reliability of this place. I just feel like if you say your going to be open then you should be open or change the hours on the door/website if you can’t get your employees to show up on time…
Went inside to use one of their BOGO Footlong coupons and I think was the manager said that this store doesn't accept that specific coupon. No signs anywhere indicating they don't accept coupons (the one in Arlington has a sign which is fine). He even asked if I had any other coupons which makes no sense.Never heard of a place that said they don't accept one specific coupon but accept all of the others and felt like it was a last second decision to take as much money as possible and something he just made up. There's a Subway that always accepts my coupons on Industrial so I'll just go there.
Lived in the grapevine area for about 6 years the place is good employees are awesome but the owner is not a very good person

Service was excellent. They seemed to be understaffed like most restaurants. They made sure to let us know we mattered and helped us fast.
Was out of several ingredients. Staff not familiar with fancy new names for what appears to be same old stuff. Overall, fresh ingredients make good food, with service friendly and fast. Eating area appeared clean.
I've been coming to this location for years because I am so very pleased with the service and food! Evi is so awesome and a great addition to the staff! She really makes a mean protein salad! Keep up the good work!
