I don’t mind a store being closed due to short staffing, etc. what I do have a problem with is not putting up signage informing customers that you’re closed. It’s really not that hard to put a sign on the door. You put the sign in the drive way, but not the door. And also changing your store status on the app. If you can update product availability on the app, you can change your status from “open” to “closed”. Please continue the excellent customer service Starbucks is known for even when you’re struggling with staffing, being closed, etc.
I ordered a London fog in the drive-through. After leaving I realized that they’d given me a green tea. I came back inside to let them know the issue and they handed me back a green tea with milk in it. I let them know that a London fog was made with Earl Grey and specified that it’s not just Earl Grey and milk. They then gave me an Earl Grey with milk.
Love this location, always quick service and a nice quiet and clean table. Staff has always been friendly and patient!
Over charged me for all of the extras I get elsewhere and never get charged for. 1 drink was 11 bucks. Plus it was slow as heck.
Worst Starbucks in HEB. They don’t even speak when you come in and God forbid they get the drink wrong. Cold coffee maybe but not really. Cold service HELL NAW!! I wish 183/Central would hurry up and turn on online ordering. I strongly dislike stepping foot in these doors!
