I always have issues with this certain location. They always rush to take your order instead of letting you tell them how you want your order. Every time they either forget something or make it opposite of what you ask for. This last time me and 2 of my grandkids went and I Thank God my oldest grandson didn't get sick because he ordered a chili cheese dog and when I say the Weiner was brown...yuck. I seen it because he brought it to me when he only had like 2 bites left and told me he was done. I looked and asked did this taste funny? He's only 6 and didn't know so I smelled it and it didnt smell right. I didnt call cuz they were already getting ready for a bath and it was after 10pm so I just prayed he wasn't gonna have food poisoning. I only go here cuz its close to me for late nights when my grandkids want an ice cream or a quick snack if we have been somewhere. But I will not go back to this location ever. I will drive into Bedford.
Despite being EXTREMELY busy they were quick, efficient, & got our ENTIRE order correctly (as they usually do)! We were in & out in 5-7 mins!! The carhop was VERY attentive, thoughtful, & kind.⚠️My *ONLY* complaint is that they NEED to update their system to allow customers to tip with our credit/debit card!!! It's 2022, but their tip method is still 1980!?MANY Americans no longer carry cash on them & want to tip the carhops, but can't! We're left feeling guilty or upset, bc we know inflation has affected every American - Especially the service industry! It's messed up to their workers. I know I'm not the ONLY customer that's been upset by this. They've practically updated everything else! Why haven't they updated this?! It makes ZERO sense not to.
Absolutely terrible. Person taking our order was slurring, food took forever. They scanned through their “preparing order, in the kitchen, on the way” to make their numbers look better. Order Wasn’t even right. Chili cheese tots were burnt and had hardly any chili and no cheese at all. Chicken tenders were burnt and also forgot the gravy. Never going back to this location again. Save your money.
Ordered visa Uber Eats. No marinara for my cheese sticks, no sauce for my chicken strips. And honestly, nothing tastes good. Don’t bother with Sonic.
This is the sonic patty melt I received after waiting 20 mins for them to tell me they had no onion rings and shorted my order a order of tator tots. I will not be back to this spot. My food was thrown together as you can see. Burnt on one side and not even toasted bread on the other side. Is this what you serve your customers sonic?
It's a quick and easy place to get some food. They're always updating the menu with special items so there's something new to try every time. Can't go wrong with a national fast-food chain.
I asked for a number 12 bbq and they didn’t even put sauce on it, what’s the point of asking what type of sauce if they were even going to put anything on it. They also didn’t even give me the correct order on the receipt.
Pulled up after driving from another location where no one would take my order. Noticed an immediate difference as this location had printed signs with specials. Order was taken quickly, food prepared quickly, tasted excellent!
Waited twenty minutes for a number two that tasted like cold cardboard and sweet peach tea was garbage didn’t know it was possible to jack up an entire order . This sonic has gone down hill.
I've tried to give this place a few chances and it never fails; they still disappoint. Went in on a not busy time 3pm, ordered one thing, a Sweet Peach Tea little ice. I got a horrible tasting something full of ice and no peach taste whatsoever. Threw it out! Never again!
