Ordered food from here as I have had a horrible day and didn't have the energy to make dinner.First, their number goes directly to a mailbox which has not been set up, so how do I contact them to let them know they ripped me off and didn't put the loaded potato soup in my order?!?If you own a business, please make sure your customers can contact you. What a joke. Nice job guys and girls. I would like a refund.
They have a new Calzone! And boy is it good! Only thing I was missing was some ranch to dip it in. But if you aren't into ranch, they give you marinara sauce in a cup to dip.It's $11 and some change and doesn't even require a long wait time. Definitely worth trying!
Ordered a salad to go. Get home and find no dressing or plastic ware in the bag. Second bad visit to this location. Management needs to rethink their career choice.

Opend up 20 min late and then sat in the dining room 5 minutes to even take my order. No one was ready to work. Manager saw me standing outside in the cold and he could not even apologize for opening up late. And before I tried to go inside to order I was waiting in the drive thru for like 10 min. Everytime i come to this location for some reason I always have a problem.i don't know why I keep wanting to give them a chance to prove their selfs but Everytime they prove that I should not go here
I ordered Schlotzsky's at the drive thru service in Euless today, and I love the drink cups that share the Schlotzsky's story of opening the 1st location in 1971 in Austin, serving 19 customers upon opening. "From hippies to politicians, artists and farmers." Such a nice reflection of diversity that really has not changed over the years. Back in the 1970s I used to frequent their location in Arlington that catered to the UTA students and surrounding area. It was a delicious sandwich back then, and it is a delicious sandwich now, 50 years later. My meal today was just a reminder that I need to get by there more often because the quality has never changed. Go get yourself a great sandwich. Love my Schlotzskys!
My order came out wrong but all the food was pretty good. Very pricey, 4 stars for value.
The Original Schlotzsky is my wife's and my favorite choice. I love their sandwiches! Very fast service at the drive through.
Good choice is the Original sandwich. Other sandwich and pizza items are made with Schlotzsky's bread dough for unique taste.
