The food is as good as always but the reason I’m leaving one start is because there are three workers standing out in the freezing cold next to the pick up window. I asked one of the workers (who grabbed the food from the person at the pick up window and turned around and handed it to me) why they were standing outside and he told me it’s a new thing management was trying in order for the line to move faster, even though if anything it was going by slower then usual. I then called the shift leader, who was super polite, and he told me that corporate is wanting service to go by faster at the pick up window so they’re putting workers outside but they let them come in every now and then to switch out. Again, my only problem with that is that these are 18 to 25 year olds standing out in the cold and then coming back in the heat of the restaurant and then going back in the cold which is going to make them sick and therefor will have them calling off work. Someone please explain the logic of this?
Can’t count chicken fingers … order six and get 5 … the real issue is the pet hair all over the cashiers shirt… management are you serious. Are you running a pet shop or a place to eat food
I should have checked this order but I was on my lunch . I ordered 5 naked tenders and a Coke Zero . $10 ! I specifically asked for Canes sauce as well . These tenders are as dry as the Mojave and to make matters worse …no sauce to even add just a smidge of moisture to dip into . Look closely , doesn’t even look they drained . Container is also full of grease . Shame on you canes !! If I could give zero stars for this I would !!!
I don't know where to even begin on this highly dissatisfied visit. We've been to this location multiple times and I'm not sure if it was just the time of day(around 10pm) if I'm not mistaken they close at midnight on a Saturday. 1st disappointment was the fries were rock solid, the strips that I asked for extra crispy seemed to have just been re-dipped in the grease because someone was too lazy to even make them fresh to order, the coke I had needed to be changed the only good thing was my Wife said her sweet tea was good. My Son didn't enjoy his chicken sandwich either......hours go by and my Wife is up until 4am sick out of this world. I just don't understand these restaurants and fast food places if we spend the time and money food should be fresh every time no questions asked we come out obviously as a convenience smh you've lost a loyal customer
The chicken was banging, the bread was homemade and toasted nicely. Simple & Delicious ?
Amazing customer service. I know everyone is short workers right now including Canes as I notice all of their now hiring signs when I go through the drive thru but I want to mention even if they are short staffed they are not lacking in the customer service department. All the workers are friendly and my order is always correct! They must be doing something right to keep their employees so happy and friendly.
I love raising cane's! I totally understand about being closed for the holiday so I'm not complaining about that but you need to put a sign at the beginning of your drive-thru saying that you are closed for the holiday, *before* you drive around the building. There is a very long line here right now because everybody thinks you're open. I was disappointed that you weren't open, again I understand about being closed for the holiday and I think that's great. But I had my infant son in the back seat and he was crying while I was waiting in line, not knowing you weren't open, and I couldn't even get out of line to tend to his needs. I love raising Cane's, I love y'all chicken and your tea is the best! I will definitely keep coming back, I just suggest that you make sure people know you are closed before they go through the drive-thru. Thank you.
Honestly the best chicken strips i've had, the sauce is amazing and the whole place is just really nice. Not dissapointed.
No one can beat Canes for chicken fingers.. They are juicy and tender and cooked to perfection. My grandkids love Canes !!
I think they were going for a decorating aard because it was decked out for Christmas and they were still working on it a couple days prior.
