This is the best place in Texas for Thai Asian food from Pei Wei. My husband and I are both vegetarian and for a long time I used to get the pad Thai with veggies and tofu , but not knowing it was with chicken broth .The first time we came to this location, we both get our usual terrikaki tofu with veggies and tofu and brown rice ( for my husband ) and I got Pad Thai -Well the senior manager Diana , personally came to our table and explained how the pad Thai is with chicken stock and I was shocked and very upset that I had been eating pad thai with chicken stock and I’m a vegetarian.Diana was so apologetic and she said she that she would find something I could have and she did Thai dynamite with veggies and tofu medly and spicy.Diana really was amazing and the reason why we only come to this location for their amazing service and excellent staff. Also Divine the main head sever was outstanding.I was so upset at what I learned about my fav dish being used with fish sauce and no one telling me. And I was eating and I was disgusted by it as I have been a vegetarian for over 25 years. Diana was the only one who went out of her way to help create an amazing dish that I ask for every-time.Diana should be a trainer to teach other location the best way to work customers like myself and find a perfect solution and now made me a fan of the Euless location. We travel from Arlington just for the best service food and service every time . We won’t go anywhere else .

Food and wait time was good and the staff was friendly. Only thing is the place was dirty. Trash overflowing, a lot of tables were dirty, and bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day.

Short staffed . Grumpy employees . There was a employee on his phone as he had a customer stand there for no kidding 20 min . I would have walked out ! This was the worse experience in a long time of any restaurant . Won't waste our time with this establishment again. Everyone waited for their food and the phone incident was poor poor customer service. That man was more patient . I would have called manager and complained.

The last time I was at a Pei Wei was in 2009, I think, when I still worked in Dallas. And, a lot has changed. I couldn't find the pork entree I used to get, featuring sezchuan pork, snap peas, and I believe sliced cherry tomatoes over noodles. So I got the Chicken Dan Dan instead. It features ground chicken over noodles in a savory soy based sauce with sprouts and cucumber strips. It is very good! I also had a good pork egg roll and soft drink. The restaurant is clean, and the food is good. My bill was under $17. I do miss that szechuan pork dish though. I also miss the chai iced tea they used to have, which was real smooth with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla. I hope they will bring both back sometime in the future.

Food was hot and fresh. Place was very clean and restrooms were nice and clean as well. This location is one of the smallest Pei Wei’s I have been to but the dinning room was still comfortable. The employees were friendly. I ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp and my friend had the House Special. Both were delicious. There is indoor and nice patio for outside dining. I would eat here again.

While eating our food we watched a young black lady in a green shirt put on gloves then began touching he phone, ear buds and the floor. She then went into to kitchen and made food with the same gloves. I'm not usually one to complain but that really made my stomach turn.

I purposefully ordered from somewhere with barely any good reviews. I was not suprised to get barely any meat and almost 98% rice. Cool. 25$

This happened Nov 11, 2021 and I'm just now able to write about it. This Euless Pei Wei has always been the most reliable for takeout. In fact, I've bragged about how the orders were always correct, food hot, delicious and on time. This time was SO opposite. My family ordered four items:1)Crab Wontons: Totally over fried. Either fried too long or old oil.2)Firecracker Crispy Tofu: The number of tofu was outnumbered by the pieces of fried chicken. I kid you not. These were small scraps of chicken that looked like they were left over from a fry basket. We've enjoyed this dish before but this time there was no taste or spice on what tofu was there.3)Thai Basil Cashew Chicken: Perfect and delicious.4)Kung Pao Chicken: This was the absolute worst. Raw chicken. Totally unacceptable. I knew from the first bite and spit it out immediately. I cut into all the chicken and found the same thing. The chicken was fried on the outside but raw inside. (See photo)I don't know when my family will try this Pei Wei again as we are very disappointed. If anyone from Pei Wei reads this and wants to know more, I have more pictures. Would you like me to put them up here or come see you?I don't want compensation, I want your food to be the way I expect it to be and for no one to get sick from raw meat. (BTW, I did not get sick)Order#5566912013516807 Check#102760732

Do yall season anything any more? Plain noodles and plain chicken. Downgraded to one star after eating it. Even with chili sauce it was barely eatable. What happened to this place?

Two major issues this week. The first came after an issue in the kitchen where the cashier advised we not even make an order because it was going to take too long. The second time came when I had to wait over 50 minutes for an order I never received. By the time they had to start on my order for a third time because they made it wrong (either made it with breaded chicken when requested to be gluten free for a gluten sensitive family member or made with pineapple when it was told there was also an allergy), I had to leave. Though my family loves Pei Wei, this location has MAJOR issues.
