I live in the area for over 8 years and this is the closest McDonald’s to me and never had an issue, until this evening. Waited 40 mins at the drive thru line and the person on the speaker didn’t listen to my order and had to repeat twice. Got to the first window and my payment was processed, asked for my receipt and was told “ it’s printing” and 5 mins past and never got a receipt. Finally got to the second window to get my food and the employee asked what I had ordered. My response was a number 7 and is response was “WHAT” in a very rude tone, a coworker corrects him and said that wasn’t a pleasant way to speak to a customer. A female employee brought the meal and was verifying again what was my order. I was asked by the rude employee if I spoke Spanish, and while my car was getting wet by the rain while the rude employee was slowly holding on to the bag so I had to reach for it and wet. I’m so surprised on how the service changed at this location and I know losing a local customer doesn’t make a difference, but I will never return to this McDonald’s ever again????
I'm a limited menu eater of McDonald's! So worth that being said my food is always good. I always ask for my fish filet with no cheese extra sauce. And fresh fries. McDonald's has the best ice cream out of all the fast food places to me. The last thing I always do to make sure my fries are fresh ask for lite or no salt. We all know well say fresh fries and will get either hot mixed with old fries or just old fries.
Drive thru staff was sympathetic to not having the item I requested and suggested an excellent substitute, as well as upgraded my fries at no mention or cost. Great customer service.
Waited 20 minutes for a curbside order. Ended up going inside and waiting another 10 minutes for my food. Not worth the headache. Pick a different mcdonalds for curbside. Never had any issues in the drive through though.
Ordered a 20 piece nuggets. Ate about 6 nuggets and saw a half eaten nugget at the bottom. Someone literally took a bite from a nugget and threw it back in the mix. Tried talking to the manager but she wouldn't even look at me or discuss it with me. I wasn't trying to get a refund or scam them in any way but she was convinced I was. All she kept saying was that it's impossible for that to happen. What the heck is impossible about a worker on the food line eating the food products. She had another associate hand me a new box of nuggets. I honestly didn't even what them. I just wanted them to know. The manager lacks the respect or courage to face her customers.
I have been going to McDonald's especially for breakfast my whole life but after my experiences at the McDonald's in Euless for the few years I will no longer be McDonald's customer. Nearly every time I go to McDonald's to get breakfast something is missing and I have to go back. They Never say I'm so sorry about that just here's what should have been in your bag to begin with. As I was a manager at one point at a fast food restaurant I know all you have to do is count the items. I'm not sure why McDonald's does not count their items but to all customers that go to this McDonald's look in your bag and count your items because something's missing.
Was really busy last night ? thru the drive thru went really quickly ! with how many cars came thru was suprized .. there speed bumps tho are the worst it was like driving over a curb had to get out n check tires cause I think one slipped off the side of the bump n it made a loud noise n shook a bit ..food wise like every other Mc d's no complaints.. just hit top 20% of reviewers thanks guys!
It's like everything sometimes they are fast and other times they are not. the drive-thru is sometimes lousy and many times they give the wrong orders. but they are good I like it is always clean .Así Soy Yo Yo soy Así ????
Drive thru gave us the wrong order, then the manager was rude and implied it was my fault.Tried again 3 days later and it was just as bad if not worse. They can't get anything right in the drive-thru, and they don't seem to care.
It is a clean McDonald's that is relatively fast. So if you like McDonald's it's an okay spot to eat.
