Made 2 different door dash orders. First half the order was missing. 2nd whole order. Just the little Caesars bag. Driver said that's what was there. Store never answers. When they do they say an ordered was never place at that location. Get your act together. Answer the phone and make sure the order is correct. Will not be trying again. YOU GUYS SUCK.
Worst customer service...I know the pizzas are cheap, but their attitudes don't have to be subpar! At this point, I'll drive however far or get pizza from a different chain just to avoid the attitude
Delicious pizza, but the place was sooo busy that nothing was hot n ready on standby. Not complaining though, got fresh pizza quick, the staff were working their tails off to keep the pizza coming. Y'all are crazy dedicated workers.
We have ordered at this location many times, Our order has always been consistent & upto the mark. Also they always have good pricing along with specials. The staff has always been friendly & nice.
Waited forever to get a messed up pizza. Always check your pizzas. Same thing happened to another person while I was waiting. These people don’t care about quality or wasting your time. Same manager rung up an extra pizza on me last time and I didn’t catch it till I was on the road. I’m so over this place. You’ve been warned.
I went there Wed night at 630pm and they didn't have any hot n ready pizzas and told me it would be a 1hr wait. I went to another location and they had our order ready in less than 10min.
If you are ordering delivery from the Euless Main St. location then don't bother paying extra for sauces. You won't get them at all... This is the second time I ordered from this location and paid for extra sauce and got NO SAUCE AT ALL.... by the way, got the wrong pizza too.
2nd time the hot-n-ready option was not available at 6:50 pm on a Tuesday evening. Also, gave me an incorrect pizza and the crazy bread was raw!
I go to pick up my pizzas and the guy drops it on the floor and still ask me if i want it cuz well it was in the box... Um no then i will have to wait another 10-15 min. No thanks
Gave the wrong pizza. Paid extra for stuffed crust, got slices and sticks. Haven't heard back from support. Pizza was poorly made on top of that, worse than anything I've come to expect.
