The drive through will always get your order messed up. Please check your items before driving off. The food quality is good.
Dine in room was not kept up, not a busy time of day. The could have had employee clean area when not busy
Service was noticeably slow. 20 minutes waiting in the togo line for an 8 piece. Customer in front of me didn't get her drinks and stopped without exiting drive-through. When I lightly honked, the lady at the window was saying they didn't get their drinks, like it mattered. Then when I tried to hand her my payment, she closed the window. So I waited patiently. When she came back she said "sir" with attitude so I handed her my payment again and said "ma'am?" So she decided staring at me was appropriate. The chicken was hard and overcooked. Everything else was good including cole slaw and fries.

Best chicken and sides in the fast food chicken business. Their cole slaw is the best.
If you intend to patronize this Kentucky Fried Chicken be aware at this point I have never got a correct order there and they need a chicken anatomy lesson if you order thighs you intend to receive thighs not let just a word to the wise
Went with a good friend...didn't feel like cooking ..and we met good old joe..he was the cashier for the day. He had great customer service skill,made us feel like we really knew him..and he knew us...We chatted awhile then ordered...so all been said it was a great day lol..
Worst food ever!!!! They never get my order rightFood was so old it made me sick n my family tried to get a refund no one would do it . Dnt go here food n service is BAD!!!!
