I am editing my previous review because the standards here have fallen too low. Of the last 4 sandwiches I ordered, only 2 were correct. Moreover, they would rather collect .50 for a cup of ranch than to keep a regular customer. The pudgy brunette at the window was cause last straw for me. Even after I told her that they got 2 of my sandwich orders wrong, she still wanted to make a big deal about a .50 cup of ranch. Now I'm making a big deal of it. I won't be going back Jimmy John's at all. You're likely to not have a very good experience here.
Very rude and nasty. This guy was digging in his ears and flicked something into the lettuce. Got extremely mad when I said ewww and yelled go somewhere else.
The sandwich is good, service alright. Just seemed like I got more lettuce than anything.
I have ordered JJ several years. The meat was always double stacked on their Clubs. Time are hard so this last Bootlegger looked like a slim bit a club. But they darn sure charged my full price. I called to ask and was told that's the normal amount. No it's not, the bootleggers always had double roastbeef and double turkey.Won't continue to use JJ and spend $32 for 2 subs and chips if they are going to short me.
I just called ( 1/1922 @1:00pm) and the "manager" seemed to have a problem taking my order. He put me on hold 3 times and when I asked if me ordering a "large order" for my staff, he had attitude. I told him I will no longer place orders with this location. I know we are ALL short staffed, but find another place to work if you can't work with customer service.
One of the best tuna sandwiches I've ever eaten! Ingredients were so fresh and crispy. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean, tidy and cute!

Got home with my order and there are literally two pieces of turkey on the whole sandwich…. and a whole freaking salad.I’m only leaving two stars because they were nice.
This place is awesome!!!! Sandwiches are tasty, serve fast, and so friendly people. ????Highly recommend this place to eat, sadly their app is a lot to be desired. Besides that, it's a good place to get sandwiches.
The campus is clean of debris. The landscaping is well tended. The dining area is clean. The team working on the sandwiches clearly are working hard ensuring customers get their order quickly. They are pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. I requested mustard and didn't get it, but I didn't complain. The sandwich was good without it. I will be back.
