How many times do I have to say my order and have it repeated back to me incorrectly before it gets straight. I ordered a burger ordered fry three times. Three times it was asked about a burger and do I want a combo ignoring the fries. Got up to the window sure enough burger no fries That's aggravating.Now I'm looking at my receipt and they charged me for the wrong burger on top of everything else. Come on Jack in the box get your act together!

This is the absolute worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The staff was rude and got my order wrong twice. I had to go through the drive through two times to get the correct order and they were rude to me both times. How hard is it to leave off the cheese?!?!? Everyone that works here is incompetent. Stay away from this place. There are three other Jack in the box’s within 5 miles of this one. Do yourself a favor and go to one of those. Your experience here will be bad.

We showed up at about 7:45 pm on Sunday and no one was up front. After a few minutes a young woman walked out from the back, looked at us, and then disappeared in the back again. She reappeared a couple minutes later and started putting food into the fryer. I asked her if there was someone to help us and she put her hand up and nodded. A couple minutes after that a younger looking teenager came out of the back, with 2-3 other ppl, headphones dangling out of his collar. He didn't greet us. He didn't apologize for any wait. He just said "What can I get you?" I named the 3 things I wanted and he only heard the first one. I had to repeat it all back slowly. He said the price, charged my card, gave me 3 cups, and a receipt. He didn't say thank you. He didn't ask if it was for dine-in or to go. He just walked off. Same poor service when I picked up the order. Packed to go even though we were eating there. Really subpar experience.

I give 2 stars because i sat in line waiting for a long time. There was one truck in front of me and the person kept saying hi to the speaker and no one answered. They finally pulled around to the window and placed their order. I was now sitting at the speaker and finally someone said I'll be with you in a minute. They finally took my order and I got my food. They never said why it took so long or offered any apology. This happen once before to me at this location and I ended up leaving. The food was good and hot.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live near this location. Hours say they close at 2am. Well if it's after 9 or 9:30pm, don't bother coming here. They are closed. ALWAYS. Tried to go yesterday at 10 thinking it might be different than the multiple times before that I have tried to go around 11pm/midnight and finding out they are always closed. Nope, they were closed at 9:30. Change your posted hours. Yall would be shocked at how much business I have witnessed yall lose.

Eggs shouldn't feel like you're chewing on rubber. This was a $30 breakfast order. Heads up- placing greasy hashbrowns in a paper wrapper was a disgusting discovery. When I say they were stuck to the wrapper...I mean... scraped it to trash it due to the amount of grease. I kinda missed cooking this morning. We were the only ones in the drive thru. The food was quick but just not quite right.

There seems to always be a lengthy wait and with everyone being short handed, its understandable. Have been told on more than one occasion that they have no drinks or are not taking food orders. Usually just go to a different location but staff is generally friendly.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, terrible I mean terrible workers when I went inside place was a mess made me lose my appetite. Couple days later I went through the drive thru desperate for a burger and was hoping to have a better experience- I didn’t. I asked to speak to the manager after having trouble with my original order taker, she was the rudest person ever, she came to the window and said “ok what’s the problem” super rudely and when I explained to her she just said “ok so now what” I’ve been coming to this place for years I’ve never had an issue, I’m seeing the reviews on this place and most people have in common that the workers and management are horrible I think they need to get a new manager immediately. Lack of professionalism and to be frank, knowledge is enough for me to never return until the staff is under control.

I went at 1:32 AM on 1/29/2022 and went thru the drive thru and the young lady said that they were closed, I asked what time is closing time usually out of curiosity and she said 2 AM so can someone tell me why exactly is 1:32 AM the same as 2AM. This is arrogance, stupidity, and simply bad work ethic for such a young person really. I have employees 16 years of age that can get the job done with complete customer satisfaction. Let’s see if this gets corporate moving in the right direction or is it all about the bottom line.

Don’t eat here! Absolutely traumatized by my experience. Received black, chewy, ROTTEN and cold chicken tenders. I didn’t eat any of them. Received regular fries instead of curly with one of my meals when I asked for curly. I was given the wrong sandwich for that order and I asked for 6 sides of ranch because I had two meals and jalapeño poppers. This is two sides of ranch per meal and two for the jalapeño. Not asking a lot. I asked several times for this and reminded the lady at the window and she out of spite gave me only four ranches. Turned out not to be a problem since I can’t eat my chicken, threw it in the trash, and am now going to go pick up dinner # 2 at Panda Express. All food was horrible and thrown away. Typically love other jack locations but this one? Repulsive and rude staff.
