Wish I could rate it no stars if I could. Always getting my order wrong. Every time I come to this one it’s always a system is down or they just don’t wanna take any orders. The workers always have attitude and I asked so many times for certain things like ketchup or ranch and they will literally hand me the bag right after with none of it inside. It’s been a while since I’ve went there and when I went a couple days ago they did the same thing.

Ordered 3 combos, all supposed to be curly fries, only one was curly fries, the rest were regular.Also ordered an extra curly fry, got ripped off and got no extra fries.Was supposed to have an un-sweet tea in the order, but got a sweet tea, even after confirming several times at the drive-thru saying 'un-sweet'.The ingredients in the burger also tasted kinda.. old? Not exactly bad but definitely not good.

Worst experience at Jack with Mrs. Belinda so called district manager. Called me names while I was at the window. So I will explain. I approached the speaker and I am usually soft spoken and she said twice I can't hear you so I cleared my throat and I raised my voice. So then I approached the window and I apologized cause I had to raise my voice and as she closes the window she speaks to the people in the kitchen and says to them "la senora en la ventana dijo perdon que ridicula" so did you just call me RIDICULA, so I told her she was rude and out of line so I asked for a manager and she was I am the manager and I said no well then give me the district manager phone number and she was like figure it out. Closed the window and I waited to get my receipt of my visit. I didn't make no scene but best believe I wanted to. First of all she needed to clean her ears so I didnt have to speak my order 3 times. I'm just surprised that she made it seem like I was rude when I'm not. I just want to complain but not to her about her. Its probably a franchisee and they couldn't hire people with respect to customers. I really was not rude but people usually cant hear me cause I am always soft spoken. Just made me so upset.

THE WORST JACK LOCATION EVER. Every single time I go there is a issue, no tacos, no chicken. Nasty food, under cooked. SEEMS TO ALWAYS be closed before 10pm. I only put 1 star cause I couldn't put any lower smh. Disappointed for the last time.

If I could I would give just Jack in the box negative 5 Stars! I did the mobile app order this morning online at probably about 7: 10am and it went ahead and charged my card when I went to it this Jack in the box at 7:20 am no one was there there was no cars outside. The window says it's a 24 hours 7 days a week if there was somebody inside they were hiding cuz nobody came to the window. I waited there for 10 minutes three other cars also showed up behind me in the Drive-Thru and they had to leave too because we all waited for no reason. I really would like Jack in the box to apologize and give me my money back because I spent $16.21 this morning. My card was charged $16.2 for the amount. I did not get any food from this Jack n Box and was charged anyway. What is going on with these employees?????

I went there 11/27/21 ordered and they took forever to get the food out, it slipped my mind that I didn’t get my card handed back to me. I tried calling and the phones are disconnected. When I finally made it back that evening, the staff didn’t care and I know It was left there. They had 5 other cards there that were left behind by other customers so this is a habit of theirs not giving people their cards back. That was the only place I had gone before I realized I didn’t have it. They didn’t even try to reach out to the employee to see if they could let them know where they put it. At this point, I’m ready to curse everyone out.

Ordered on the mobile app. Even after preordering, driving 10 minutes to get there, waiting 7 on the drive thru, the food was not ready. Fries were cold and stale. Chicken sandwich was delicious. Coke had a weird taste. Lady was gonna hand me my order bag, and turned around to place a sticker to close the bag. Funny enough after she had told the lady in the back she was missing the two tacos I ordered, and after I saw her look into the bag while she was placing the sauces, she proceeded to hand me the bag short of the tacos.The fact she turned around to put the sticker, the fact she told the other one that she was missing em. Is nothing short of stealing my money after I paid for it. Never again going to this particular store. Be wary and check your food even if it means breaking the bag

Visiting from NC, where they don't have any Jack in the Box franchises, this So Cal gal (me) could hardly wait to see if they still carried my favorites, which they did! I was not disappointed. However, in your tea selection - try Gold Peak Zero Sugar Sweet Tea instead of their GP Sweet Tea it's better with no aftertaste like in the regular Sweet Tea.

If I could give them a -10 rating I would. Most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever encountered. They did their job completely wrong when making a simple order and I suffered the consequences. They should have provided a receipt and didn’t and I didn’t get a refund or my food in return. I was met with the rudest manager who slammed the drive thru window in my face. Completely rude. If you’re looking for a place with competent employees, don’t go here.

I just left from there, just tried calling in seems like they have their phone off the hook. Someone bite my sausage in had the audacity to put it back in my food. I'm calling this store in no one wants to answer because the phone is off the hook. I want my money back or Substitute for something else!!!!!
