Took my son to ITzs to play and very affordable and plenty of games to play stayed for good while and he had a great time
We just had our sons birthday party there today! It wasn't very well organized on their end. The hostess didn't know her job very well and the 2nd hostess disappeared. Always asked me what I wanted to do instead if taking charge and do what needed to be done. Also lost about 25 min of time on our room, because of lost info in their system. We didn't get to do gift opening because of that. Kids had fun regardless but it could have been handled a bit better.
My girls love this place. It's a must that we go at least once a week.
This employee assaulted my three year old son and my two three year old cousins she grabbed them and pushed them out of the prize area she stated that they were stealing but could not produce what they stole instead of calling her manager and informing parents she pushed them out and rough handled them scared my son he never wants to come back and he is three what is the world coming to when the children are no longer safe I had to call the police it was that bad. I don't think that this is a safe environment for children cause just cause someone work around children don't mean they like them and I am hurt even more for my son we will never return
First time and kind of a disappointing experience, especially at the beginning. It was very unclear to us what type of video games you get to play with the unlimited ticket (no points). So many games did not work. It would have been more pleasant if there was a way to identify what games you can play with the kind of ticket we purchased. A lot of lanes of the mini bowling didn't work either. First time riding bumper cars for our 5 year old - that was real fun and a made us leave the place with a somewhat positive tone.
The employees are totally rude.
Very fun and entertaining. The place needs a bit of cleaning, the unsweet tea dispensed water and the sweet tea had a moldy taste like the container wasn't cleaned properly. However we we enjoyed our time and played lots of games including bumper cars and laser tag for a great value. Overall we had a great time. Will definitely go back
Stayed 4 hour's and I think your best option is to buy points and not the unlimited play. With unlimited you can't play games that give tickets only games like the shooting and racing games. We did enjoy it though
The bowling is just wack. The lane is slanted the balls are wack the shoes hurt. This whole palse screams Walmart bargain bin bowling ally. Would vote 0 stars if I could. Don't come here
