Real dirty, no hygiene.Also We ordered a coffee but the cup stank so bad like when you wash it but don't let it dry. It stunk like a dirty wet rag. The waiter didn't know and when she poured the coffee it tasted horrible. It was severely understaffed and so I didn't want to bother her. She was the only waiter for the night.
Food was to be expected of IHop... nothing extravagant, edible... seasoned appropriately. I ordered a chicken breakfast bowl, no bacon, no tomatoes, add spinach... service was a long wait, so when food was delivered... I just ate the bowl WITH bacon and tomatoes.. at least I got the spinach. Server seemed more annoyed than helpful... however my drink never went empty and he provided all we requested (except proper ingredients in my breakfast bowl)... maybe just a bad day... or he just doesn't like people or his job... but I suppose you don't need kindness when you have have a server that keeps your drink full. Me and my team (State Covid Response team) ate, got full, left... nothing very noteworthy. People started coming into the restaurant shortly after we arrived... empty tables everywhere yet MANY MANY customers waiting to be seated... I heard a lot if grumbling... they saw the open tables!
This review is more about the server than the food. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, but if they brought back the cinnamon roll pancakes it would be excellent.?Please ask for Demetrius when you go in if you want excellent service, and a friendly and funny server. My sister and I go in there and he always has us in stitches. He is just very personable. Good job IHOP on hiring Demetris. It is refreshing to see a young person take pride in their job. Kudos to you Demetrius!
The service was amazing. Darell was also a excellent server making sure were doing good refilling our drinks when we finished them. This is the best server I have met at a Ihop both time i have been here hes just really good I forgot to add this he also interacts with the customers and is just a overall great experience!
Most IHOP’s seem to struggle with basic service and this location was no exception. After nearly an hour waiting on food to arrive we gave up and walked out. Not sure what the issue was, plenty of servers, some empty tables and some folks were getting their food. Folks next to us had been waiting just as long. This was at 11:30am on a Saturday. Won’t go back.
Due to Covid-19, they were under staffed, dirty and very apologetic. The greeter, server, waiter had left his teeth at home and was hard to understand. He also didn't know how to serve or pour coffee. We gave him a nice tip for his efforts, because he told us that when we were ready to pay, go in the kitchen and find someone. He's went on break...lol. It was bad service fun!. Oh yeah! My son asked for a different type of syrup for his pancakes, he asked my son to use some of mine...? ? ? ? ?.
Attempted to come to this location for brunch. Stood in the front waiting room for about 10 minutes without any help. During this time watched 3 different servers walk past us from the kitchen to the order station and back. Never once checking on a table or us. After which the manager came out to also type on the order station. After saying "Excuse me?" In which we were ignored we began to sit ourselves. The manager finally approached us and said that they were very busy and only had one server even though we saw 3. She very rudely told us to wait and that we would be seated shortly so we left. I will not be returning to this location, and there is a reason there are 4 different hiring signs walking indoors.
Terrible service, unclean facility, and badly mismanaged. Started with telling us there’s a 20 min wait. We got in after an hour. Then the facility turned out to be so gross you don’t want to eat there at all. Food took forever to come out. I will not eat at this IHOP again, this is the second time I’ve tried. It wasn’t a fluke, this place is just under bad management
I came their with my family and had a great experience. My server Ms. Ebony was outstanding ?and the food was superb. We had to wait a few minutes for the seating but it was well worth it.
The staff is SUPER chill. I usually get to go so it's always great, but I've always had a good experience here. Night cooks here are GOOD!
