It was late, the family was hungry. The drive-thru attendant at Jack in the Box just quit.Kids are crying. Let's go to IHop. It looked sketchy so late, but the kids...Wow, once we entered we were greeted promptly service was fast and friendly. Our server, and the manager were super professional. This is near midnight, and we got better service and food than I get at some other breakfast places Sunday Morning.Maybe making the outside more inviting for late night family customers. Would make 5 stars, but still everything inside was great.
Me and my family just visited this establishment tonight and when we entered we were not greeted for quite some time. We called to the server who was a short hispanic woman who was conversing with a customer whom i presume was her boyfriend. She responded rudely and her friend gave us the evil stare as he left. He was the only person to leave there and look at the present that was left for my family on the window by her friend. Besides the horrible service and the lugi on the window the weather outside was nice. Worst IHOP experience ever.
They're bringing back the syrups on the table and the coffee pots next week so that's pretty cool. They were running thin on employees so it was pretty tough to get ahold of someone. They forgot my wife's orange juice, but they were very kind.
Food was great, service sucked. Our waitress was at the table once, didn’t give her name and only brought us our food after someone else took the order and brought drinks. Never even brought my all you can eat pancakes.
This place great EXCEPT for one issue with the waitress.. My mother pulled out her card to hand to her once she brought the receipt. The waitress handed my mom the receipt and told her, "You're going to pay one of these three" as she circled the amounts at the bottom, which are including the suggested gratuity. Mind you, we were leaving a cash tip. It baffled me because I've never had any server at any restaurant demand we pay one of the suggested gratuity amounts. I am afraid she does this on the regular with other customers. If my sister and I had not been there with my mom, who is a senior citizen, she would have had no idea! I understand times are tough and yes, servers don't get tipped as much as they should, but please don't make your customers, who may not know any better, pay an amount YOU say they have to pay and not what is due!!!
Donna is an amazing waitress! The food is always great and delivered in record time. You cannot go wrong at this location..
Terrible service. Older African American guy there was extremely rude, stressed, and yelled at me. I waited 7 minutes to even talk to anyone and got told to wait another 5 minutes. Come on. Where's the hospitality and standards? None at all. Shame on this location!
Server was awesome!!!! She was fast moving all the time. Had a party in backroom too. Food was hot. She remembered everything perfect even after talking to someone THEN putting in order. Had an omelette. Really good. Bowl of fruit was all fresh!!
In person this is a great place. Good food. Usually nice servers. The phone will ring for 20 minutes without an answer if you try to call and I have not been able to place an online order after 6 months of trying. So apparently everything must be done in person
The food was fresh and hot. Accurate on the order. Customer service was good especially during a business meeting I had. I was pleased.
