This is addressed to the person responding to the reviews. You tell most to come back and we'll make it right. How are you going to make it right? Are you actually at the store to oversee the operation? Probably not...you should get out of your ivory tower and meet your customers face to face. Your response to bad reviews show your words are meaningless and just a public relations appeasement. I guess if the money is there you don't care.
We go to this particular restaurant once a month, sometimes twice for 3 years now. The food is pricey but, in the past has always been worth it. Today the strips were like cold rubber, a day old and refried or reheated. The gravy was watered down so badly we couldn't dip our rubbery dry chicken in it! It had no taste. Food quality is steadily declining...$37.88 wasted. Very, very disappointing. We will no longer patron this restaurant ?. Shame on them....
Poor customer service. Apparently they don't realize you can see what they're doing while you wait. Blonde girl was acting like all the other just irritated that there were customers there while biting her finger nails. Girl with the braids working the drive thru was just standing there looking at the others as if she didn't know what to do while my food sat next to her for a good three minutes. The young man was just walking back and fourth as if he just was ready to be done. I know my food was sitting there for a good three minutes because the young man seen me watching what they where doing and came and gave me my food. But of course I was missing a extra side item that would have totally been missed had I not been watching the whole transaction in front of my face. I get it it's Hard to find good help these days just thought upper management should know so it can try to be addressed
Staff was super friendly. There were 7 in our party. Your employees are the best. Thank you Golden Chick!
Worst catfish and shrimp i have ever had. Soggy and two thinnest strip possible. I ordered a side to chicken which was missing. My last visit to this place.
Love the chicken strips, so good! And you can do a mix of regular and spicy ??
Was just at the location and had the best experience here after a bad experience at the Hurst location Donovan was a great worker quick and very friendly put in a more positive mood after the bad experience I had 15 mins prior at another location was very quick was just blown away to the team of workers at this location I hope that Donovan was made y'all proud job well done to this location
Food is always delicious and service is even better.. highly recommend
3 employees ignored me when I walked up to the counter. I ordered tea as my drink, but the dispenser was empty. Sat down, opened my sack ... and the order was wrong.
Drive thru guy was super nice. Took 34 mins to get my order though. Chicken was on point, but all of the sides were cold and gross. Disappointed
