Save yourself the trouble, go to a different one. I ordered 6 tacos. 3 chicken, 3 brisket. I only received 4 tacos. Not a big deal, but I wasn’t near by to go back and get the other 2. I called the store to let them know I did not receive my other 2 tacos and asked if I can be refunded for those since I paid online. The person on the phone told me I needed to stop yelling and screaming because he can’t do anything about it if I don’t come back with my receipt… I didn’t yell or scream at all. It seemed as though he was just having a rough day and decided to take it out on me. So they basically stole my money, yelled at me, and I lost out on 2 tacos.
We walked in, no one greets you or even acknowledges you.The place was empty we still had to wait for our drinks. The burritos were very good and very well served but still got sour cream in mine, even though I requested it removed.The margaritas were so acidic we didnt even finish them and wouldnt order them again.
First off, pulled up, ordered a marg, and asked for an extra shot. They later came to ask me a shot of what? Like what else are you putting in margs? Jack Daniel’s? That’s silly. Anywayz. Food smacks as always. Not hard to read a recipe. But when they called out my number, they said 74 and there’s only three people. The math ain’t mathing. Overall the chaos great. It’s ✨quirky✨.
Terrible service! Waited 10 or so minutes in line, which is fine. Then waited 26 minutes for just a breakfast burrito, which would have been fine, but they served two large orders to people that ordered behind me. I told them this and that I only have a breakfast burrito. I need my burrito or a refund because I have to get to the airport. Instead of quickly making my burrito, they just processed a refund. So I waited almost 45 minutes for a simple burrito that I never got and then still had to get something to eat. DO NOT GO TO FUZZYS. Go to the Valero across the street. They are faster and better! I called later to speak to the manager instead of writing this bad review, but they wouldn’t come on the phone. Lastly, I go to Fuzzy’s almost everyday as I live walking distance away and I have told countless people to go there…NEVER AGAIN. I will tell everyone I know not to go there. They need new management that cares about their customers.
I was shocked at what I received. I ordered curbside pick up at 1:15 to be picked up at 1:45. When I got it home at 2, the food was cold, like it had been sitting there longer than the 15 mins it took to get it home. I went to open my enchilada plate meal and the Togo box looks like someone got upset and shoved their hand down onto the top of it. The picture does not really show it the best. I did put on the order that I did not need utensils or sauce. However, the bag had both in it. I’m not sure what happened here. This has never happened at a Fuzzy’s before. I am extremely disappointed.
Today is taco Tuesday and they ran out of shredded chicken which is a special on Tuesday so I asked since they had fajita chicken can I get the 1.99 special. The answer was no, okay moving forward paid full price which the cashier was very nice. Unfortunately, I had to use the restroom and it was horrible and disgusting.
We used to always visit this location. For some reason recently we have not had good experiences. We had food that did not taste right, beer that had an off taste. Silverware issues. This blew my mind. We were offered plastic utensils in the palce of silverware because "they would have to Wash the silverware." It was not busy why not do that? Same thing with beer mugs. We ordered schooners and were given glasses because they were not washed. And we were told that. Go at your own risk.
Second time at a Fuzzy's first time at this one and it's awesome. First one felt like a major chain where as this place has a more family sit down restaurant. Food was too notch.

I only had breakfast, which was a shrimp egg and cheese burrito. Nice size shrimp and tasty. But what made it an even better breakfast was the fried potatoes with queso a must try onions also nice with it but needs a little more queso on top.
