The food and employees here are great. We came in pretty early in the day and the place was spotless, and they were up stocking the utensils and making a fresh batch of tea. Our order was promptly taken, and everything was out to us hot and fresh very quickly! I’m excited for them to have their rewards program up and running soon.
Freddy's is awesome! The food is always so good, but today I tried a steakburger as a lettuce wrap and it was DELICIOUS. The lettuce was crisp and crunchy, the tomatoes and pickles were fresh, and the burger was, let's face it, perfection. They also have the BEST shoestring fries anywhere. We love Freddy's!
The restaurant seating area was pretty bad - the floors were super slippery with grease, they do have some supply shortages, and the order-taker had a hard time getting the order straight. BUT everyone was smiling and friendly, the food was prepared quickly and it tasted fresh and delicious.
I will let the presentation speak for its self. I like Freddys, but not this location. Also, it would be nice if you could order in app and pick up in drive thru.
I had the opportunity to visit Freddy's... and I honestly did not know what to expect. It turns out the steakburgers are made fresh and hot, and come tightly wrapped with lots of toppings. And I love the shoe string French fries. If you want an classic milk shake, I recommend the vanilla shake which may just be the signature milkshake for North Texas. I highly recommend Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. This one resturant that if you're hungry you're sure to fulfill your appetite. The burgers were good but we ordered bacon on one and did not get it. Then the order of fries were so will done you could not eat them. The hole place need to be cleaned. I had wipes with me so we cleaned are own table.
LOVE Freddy's!!! Food is great, but this location needs to get it together on staffing and customer service. We waited 20 minutes for ice cream. Employees were just standing around and when we inquired about our order, the manager was useless. Don't want to lose the area's only Freddy's, so please get your staff trained and hire some empowered managers!!

The food is great, but they have never gotten the order right. They don’t understand “Mayo all the way”. Once I got just meat, pickles and mustard. I’ve made it a point to list Mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle, but nope still mustard.?♀️.the last time I went, (2-14-22)I was trying to take a picture of the QR code on the sliding window at the drive through, the young man said; “I don’t appreciate you taking my picture”. Before I could respond, he slammed the window. My food was sitting there, but he disappeared for a few moments. When he reappeared I could see he was angry, I was mad too. I told him I didn’t take his pic and showed him my phone. He said “well it looked like it”. I said he should have asked.got my food and left. I will NEVER go back to the Euless location EVER. He’s rude, and NEVER gets the order right.
