I tried to place a call in order but the grill out for maintenance that day and so I tried again the next day and that grill was working great because they had my burger ready within 10 minutes. It was delicious! Made exactly how I like it. As always they hooked it up with the fries in the bag. The place was clean, and the employees were really friendly. I highly recommend this location.
Spent $46 on two double burgers, large fries, and a 15% tip before completing my order. With that I was expecting some effort on the burgers. I was given a burger cold with the cheese not even melted, jalapenos thrown in raw not grilled for a second, and fries were amazing but only filled the cup (in the past they give me like half a bag for large fries maybe it's the shortage of supplies). The cashier was newer but awesome and funny. Burger was an F. Last time I had a burger this cold and unprepared was at a Burger King that was shutting down....
Service could use a little work. I'm more mad about the over priced hotdogs. Homedepot makes them better. But I guess that's my fault for wanting dogs from a burger joint (shrugs)

My husband and I Love 5 guys. We often grill burgers. but if you want a fast delicious burger. Go to 5 Guys. Their fries are real and delicious !!

$17.35 for a Little Cheeseburger, Small Fries, and large drink. Almost $5 just for the french fries. Burger was so drowned in mustard all the ingredients kept slipping out and when I did try a bite it was inedible. I like mustard but it was ridiculous. Threw away a $9 burger. Never again
I’ve been to this location before and it was pretty good. This last time everything was horrible. Ordered Cajun fries and they tasted like the regular ones, got a little burger and they forgot the toppings I asked for, and the last item- an Oreo milkshake- tasted watered down and like the person making it didn’t change their gloves or forgot to wash their hands after using cleaning supplies. I submitted a comment/concern to the customer service and they have not gotten back to me still. I will not be going back to this location.
Bad customer service. I love Five Guys but I will not return to this location. There are many other burger joints to choose from with same great taste, lower price, and better customer service.
I want to definitely commend the employees here tonight! It was just 3 guys running the whole store- they consistently got the job done and were working hard the whole time, they held the whole store down. I hope they’re being paid enough!
