This is such a great store. I love getting sandwiches from here and so do the people I work with. Great for group and picking up multiple orders. The sandwiches are the best that the area has to offer I feel and have always experienced amazing customer service where they go above and beyond to offer me a wonderful experience. The front lady was very nice probably nicest person I've had take my order thats why I put 2 stars but I ordered a steak n cheese and when it came out the steak is cold cold told them she was nice again but you can hear the cook or supervisor back there complain then the guy who was complaining comes out with another sub saying what was wrong with the first one told him the steak was cold then he assures me this one is good and guess what the steak is cold again -_- if you going to assure me it's good make sure it's good I didn't say anything else just taking it home and microwaving it -_-

Some of the best customer service I’ve received is from Laura at this location.I changed my order at the last minute and unfortunately she wasn’t able to adjust my order. Weeelllll some how she remembered my request after our phone call, corrected my order , called me to let me know she was able to fix it all while the store was busy.Thanks Laura !

I use to love this place until I got soggy, wet turkey sandwiches. Maybe because it was door dashed, however they still should of sent editable food.i was so disgusted. Who the hell eats soggy,wet sandwiches.
Firehouse is a great choice for the variety of tasty sub choices. They make the subs quickly & they will make sure it's right down to each detail.
