When you approach this place DO NOT be turned off by the appearance of the local area, it is old and dated and the inside is a no frills, barren atmosphere. Once you're passed that there is a very friendly owner that works the front and serves (at least in the DFW area) one of the best Philly Cheesesteaks I've had in DFW!The sandwich is served on a hot, crisp roll that is not drenched and soggy like at some other places and the fries are seem to be made fresh with your order and not kept under a heat lamp as they are hot and crispy when served. The drinks are canned sodas that are ice cold. The price is very reasonable for what you're getting especially taking into consideration of the runaway inflation we've had recently. Some of the best food you can find are at "hole in the wall" establishments such as this one so if that is what you are looking for and not ambiance and decor, you should give this place a try
The food is actually decent, and the price is pretty good. My only issue is not getting what I ordered. I was given what he wanted me to have then argued with me when I actually wanted what i ordered.
When it comes to philly sandwiches alot are not what you get from Philadelphia or even Chicago but here its the best around the owner is very nice and welcomingWish they offer the whiz!
The worst Philly cheese steak I have ever had!! From the first bite the only flavor I got was burnt meat. Ordered a footlong and took four bites before throwing in the trash. French fries were over cooked in old grease. An hour after eating this I'm sitting on the toilet paying the price.
The owner in there is so nice. Very pleasant. The food was so good and tasty. This is my 2nd time there and they have been great.I am going back.
Just called this place. To find out what time they close for Christmas Eve. The owner picked up and said “idk what time do we close? I said wait what? He said do you want to order now? Or order at 9pm?. I said I just want to know what time you close? He said again do you want to order now? Or order at 9pm? I don’t know what time we close? I said aren’t you a restaurant that knows what time they close?” And then he kept being so rude for no reason. I am telling everyone please avoid this place at all cost until they get new management because the owners are so rude. Please tel your friends and family to avoid this place at all cost
My wife had Gyro and I had the foot long Philly Cheese Steak. Awesome food and the gentleman that took our order couldn’t have been nicer.
I've been wanting to try this place. My sister was in town and wanted a good philly cheesesteak. Omg! It was delicious. We are in love and we will only go here from now on. The owner was also very nice.
This was the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had
Couldn't even smell the food when we walked in. The staff is nice though. Our food was dry and the toppings on the sandwiches were undercooked.
