After calling that I never received my order, I had to go back and fourth with the manager Brian Behlen that my order was not at the door. After running up and down the hallway to see if it was anyone else's door I didn't see it anywhere. He was soooooooo dry and mean. I didn't deserve that kind of treatment this morning. When I asked for his name he told me he didn't have to give me that information so I told him that I would Google it. After I stated that I would contact corporate I told him good day cause there was nothing else to talk about and he said he would redo the order. He then called back and said he was going to cancel my order because I was rude to them. Whhhhhhhaaaaaaatttttttt ????? I called you!!! I'm not sure what type of morning he was having but his energy was off. I hope the call was recorded so they can hear how he spoke on the phone. He has been reported and I will be following up. If this is how a franchise location acts please give me back all of the money I spent with you all.
I do not like complaining at all but this is extremely annoying. My delivery came cold so I called got offered a free pizza…cool. I asked for extra pineapple because my son with autism refuses to eat pizza without pineapples. I received I guess extra pepperoni and when I gave the pizza to my son he refused to eat it. Called again to let them know the order wasn’t right and they gave me attitude talking about being grateful for a “free pizza” that they didn’t make to the specifications.
Driver canceled order because he "doesn't feel safe" despite having orders delivered to this location multiple times. If your drivers don't wanna deliver half an hour before closing just don't allow me to waist 20 minutes making a delivery order.
My first order was made last week and I ordered 2 large pizzas with delivery which was which was astonishing $50!I would have just said never-ending but we just moved from Houston and it was the only nearby place that offered delivery after 9 pm on a week night.I called in my order at 9:17 p.m. and was told it would be delivered within 30 minutes.It didn't arrive until after 11 p.m.The store is literally a 4 minute drive from our apartment. I could have walked there and back myself and still had our dinner ate and the kids in bed before the driver brought it.8 contacted customer service and had to leave a email complaint because they were closed by the time I called and according to the domino's electronic response they would contact me the nex day... but they never did.They lost themselves a customer.
My order arrived 2 hours late so I got a cold pizza and I was missing an extra soda. I tried calling but they would not answer their phone. This is the 3rd time I've had problems with this place!
I would give 0 star for them. They are so slow had to wait 40 min for 2 pizza. I will never come back to this place again. All reviews you see are true.
I would give no stars to this location, but I have to give one to post! It is very disappointed to pay for food and you get it all nasty, looking uncooked and one overcooked. Staff is very rude! No costumer service at all!! and the girl who answered my call did not want to provide me with her name and was laughing when I was explaining my issues with my order. So upsetting and disappointed. My call was tossed to David the Manager without even letting me know, I had to repeat "hello" like 7 times even thought my call was dropped, until David the manager got on the phone.

Love the pizza from this Dominos pizza! The workers in the store are friendly! I have yet to get a wrong order or bad quality!
