There’s a lot of bad reviews here but, I’ve ordered from this location, through the app mainly, for over a year now. My orders are correct and delicious the majority of the time. There’s been a few mess ups but being under-staffed and human, I understand mistakes can happen. It’s always been delivered within a reasonable amount of time, instructions followed. I live in a complicated spot and they’ve always found my door and the deliver drivers are always nice to me and my kids.
I had a sweet friend who wanted to help me out during my recovery time from surgery. I have 3 small kiddos & could use the help . She ordered online but they never delivered the pizza to my house. She calls to check on the order and they proceeded to tell her that because I didn't answer a phone call they couldn't leave the order. No one left a message or even walked to my door to ring my bell I would have answered (knowing a delivery was on the way). This is absurd. I will not order from this location again. I hope that the owner of this store sees this & looks into the employees & management!!!
Ordered at 7:01 pm the tracker stated it was in quality check at 7:12 and continued in that status at 8:10. I called to find out what the problem was and the manager was rude and basically said the roads are slick so it's taking longer than usual ( it rained for 30 minutes) but it will be delivered when my driver gets back. I don't have many driver's tonight. I could have gotten an I'm sorry ma'am or.let me give you some kind of compensation for your wait. But my order has just been sitting there for over an hour ..I can only imagine what it's going to taste like..
I cannot comment on the food recently, maybe I can share my opinion if i receive it. One employee has been checking by basic order for over 45 minutes...my order was supposed to be here in 35-45 minutes, which is why i placed with domino's...I have my family to feed. The difference in a 7:30 and 8:30 dinner time is astronomical when you have kids.If the store does not have adequate staff to cover delivery, maybe do not offer a faster delivery time. At 1 hour ...and my food is just sitting there. TF
I’ll go the domino’s at a different location. This one is very inconsistent. My sandwich or either burn or not correct. I place my order in advance, during a non peek time. My sandwich had no chicken, no bacon and my cheese was literally fried! Its been several time when I’ve walked in and the csr is on the phone or back turn to the me. Im over it and will be reporting to BBB because there is no way.
?waited 25 minutes to get my order, only to find out it had been ready 15- 20 minutes earlier. Was given a 2 liter (67 oz) instead of the 4/20 oz bottles. When I complained, all I got was "I'm Sorry, we are training new people today and we are backed up". The Manager did not offer any solution to remedy their mistake. The Manager let me leave the store with a cold pizza, I measured the temp when I got home 4 minutes from the store, it was 92 degrees. I had to throw it in the oven to heat it up. While there, someone tried to order the special that was on their chalk board and they were told NO, it was an old special. What happened to honoring a written advertisement? This was by far the worst food/restaurant experience and customer service experience I have ever encountered.
I ordered breadsticks, a sandwich and a lava cake. An hour later I received breadsticks and 2 boxes of lava cakes. I called to let them know my order was incorrect and she said she would send another sandwich out to me ASAP. An hour later I called back and she said she doesn’t know what happen to my sandwich. I requested an refund. 2 months later I still have not received a refund. Will not order from this location again.
I ordered for Delivery. My ordered was being prepared for like 40 min then it was finally in the oven, when i get the notification that my order was cancelled with out a reason. They waited almost a whole hour to cancel my order. If the order was cancelled bc no drivers i don’t understand why they don’t give us the option to go pick up instead of just cancelling with out giving us a call first ! Super upset with this location. Not the first time it happens. and when I do order and get my meal it arrives cold and almost 2 hrs after ordering.
Awful communication at this location. If you don't have delivery drivers, then call your customers who have placed orders rather than waiting an hour and canceling the order with no communication. I shouldn't have to call a store to find out my order was canceled. I would have had no problem picking up my order, but you're not even giving customers the option when you don't communicate.
I was not happy with this location. I ordere one large pizza through the app around 7 PM and never got my food by 8:45 PM. Never received a call/text about my order. I also called several time and the phone just rang. I had to go to the location to inquire about my pizza. The guy stated he got the order but they do not deliver up the road to the address. I advised him I was not aware because I purchased through the app and this is the store it sent my order. I had to request a refund. Terrible experience.
