In May 31st I ordered my pizza on the Domino's app and asked specifically for extra sauce. When I looked at my pizza It was odvious that I did not get extra sauce on my pizza. I said so to the gentleman and he wanted to disagree with me and tell me that if he made me a new one it would look the same. I guess the customer is not always right . I will be going back to pizza hut from now one. I may pay extra but my pizza will be done right.
Carside delivery is always a fail at this location. Pizza not so great looking and brownie is flat as can be because they didn't remove the bottom sheet before baking.I've worked at dominos before and have never seen such a terribly ran store.
I was talking with my son in spanish, and one guy said dont speak spanish, just english DISCRIMINATION, I was talking my son not with that guy. we live in American where there are a lot of culture.
They got my whole order wrong…there was this young man being very rude and very unacceptable to the point where I almost wanted to punch him in the face he just kept rushing me and my lil bro. Good thing we were taught to b humble and grateful.me and my brother just ate what we were given??♂️
Absolutely awful! Took an hour to deliver the pizza was cold and like rubber the chicken wasn't even edible they forgot 2 items on my order and now won't answer the phone. Horrible service and food.
Awful customer service from the general manager. The food sat for an hour before they called me to tell me they won’t deliver it. And refused to refund delivery fee and tip when I came to pick it up. Then altered my order after I left, that they “couldn’t change anything on” to pickup and added extra sides to “make up for the delivery fee” but didn’t give me those items.Oily cinnamon sticks and old dough as well as poor cheese distribution on the pizza. They had atleast an hour old dough sitting on racks, some with sauce on them. All of my order was cold and hard by the time I got there (5 minutes after they called me to tell me they don’t deliver to my location). She said “oh it’s warm it’s been on a heat rack” well warm and fresh are not the same thing. Easily the worst dominos location I’ve ever had to experience.Not one apology for any of the inconvenience. Only attitude backed with more attitude. Poor excuse for a general manager. Conversation ended with her stating “I’m sorry that you don’t like the way I run MY business”
Domino’s really delivered’s the good in your favorite Pizza variations and some of my favorites. Always fresh with the best ingredients why order anywhere else . When it comes to pizza me abs my family choose Domino’s!!!
I only had a $50 bill and called dominos to make sure that they would be able to give me change, but when I called I was immediately put on hold. After being on hold for 10 minutes I put my phone on speaker and began placing my order on the app hoping that they would answer before I completed my online order. I completed my order and was currently at 20 minutes of being on hold so I hung up and typed in the delivery instructions please bring change for a $50 bill. I made sure to put it in the instructions that way if they were unable to provide change they could call me and cancel my order. Instead the delivery driver came and was wanting to give me $20 in change when my order was $15. Meaning I’d be tipping $15 on a $15 order. So instead of giving me my pizza and offering to go back to the store to get change like I’ve seen pizza hut do he just left and I received barely an apology. So 1. I was left on hold for 20 min 2. They did not read the instructions 3. Poor communication 4. No customer service whatsoever
Absolutely rude employees! I'm assuming g she's a manager, but the female with the afro was rude, condescending, and everything BUT helpful. I placed an order and was not informed beforehand that there was a 1+ hour wait. I showed up an hour and 10 minutes in livid to the store. My online tracker hadn't moved and I called THREE times just to be answered, clearly hearing background noise, and put immediately back on hold. All she could say was you can wait or we can cancel it. I asked about my delivery fee & tip, she said she couldn't do anything about it unless I wanted "a soda or something." A 20oz soda for a $4 delivery fee AND tip? Seriously? The shorter guy with long hair looked lost but was intesly trying to actually HELP but chick in the back kept talking g over everyone. Me, the guy, another guy trying to help out... guess I'll just door dash from now on. Look at the screen shot. The time is CLEARLY in it!
Ordered and waited over an hour before I got a call saying that they weren’t able to complete my order because they were understaffed. Wasted my time. Definitely don’t recommend
