This place (Euless Chisolm Trail) is gross oven cooked/boiled meat. No smoke whatsoever in the brisket, ribs, and pork. I am calling Dickies Corporate now to complain. How does a franchisee call this BBQ with no smoke. Where is the charring on the brisket? There is NONE because it WASN'T SMOKED. I am terribly upset. The regional and district manager will be visiting this site I am told from the customer care team.Update - The owner is pompous and arrogant. He says that they use "Wood Chips" in an oven. WHAT??? All other Dickies use real wood smokers. I asked why he had real wood on display at the front counter and he said that they are only for decoration. No one eating, No smoke smell when entering the restaurant, Owner is argumentative and defending his Oven Baked Brisket that he calls "BBQ". EWWWW! I am NEVER going back. Dickies Corporate needs to pull his franchisee license. He is ruining your BBQ name. Additionally, this location is having great financial trouble as I am told. I completely understand how and why now.Latest update - I went back to the store to get a refund as the Owner requested and he was not there. The staff called the owner and is now refusing to return my money. I left the terrible food on the counter. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION. This guy is pompous, arrogant, and ugly. He argues with customers and micromanages his staff weighing meat down to the 1/2 oz.

Well, I thought I would try the smoked wings... DON'T!!!Not only are they expensive, but they are the most miniscule wings I have ever seen in any restaurant. Maybe sparrow wings at best. A dozen would fit in your hand.DON'T. Just don't.

My husband, daughter and I came in on a Sunday evening. We had a great experience, the people working were super nice, food was fresh and hot despite it being close to closing time. We didn’t even know kids ate free Sunday. We will definitely be back! The restaurant was very clean and well stocked.

The pulled pork is very good. The sandwich portion is plenty and when you add two sides and a drink (big yellow cup) it's a full meal; and under $15.The "deal of the day" is even better!

My family came in on a Sunday evening for dinner and our experience and food quality was perfect. I’m a big believer in great customer service and we got that! We will definitely be back.

I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. The brisket was basically uneatable. It was so tuff and chewy it made me wonder if this was how they ate meat in the Paleolithic era. The brisket burnt ends was basically a plate of fat skin with two hunks of meat tougher than a weather beaten rodeo cowboy. The best thing about this whole experience was I had the privilege of giving them $45 bucks and a smile as I walked out the door excited about having a bbq dinner.

Don't eat here! The food was cold and the bread tasted stale. I'm upset bc I usually go to the one on industrial ands it good but ill never go to this one again

This is the best spot for a good rack of ribs. They always have them fresh out of the smoker ready for my plate. The only question is what kind of sauce to add. I like the sweet but spicy calls my name sometimes. Either way, they are awesome.

I ordered food from here via Uber eats. As you can see by portions I received it definitely wasn’t worth the money. I usually don’t complain but this was ridiculous. I called to talk to a manager and a manager named Rock pretty much tried to justify it by saying they weigh the portions. Well someone clearly had their finger on the scale. He had no interest to helping me and needless to say I won’t be ordering here again. They also included no utensils either.

This is why the food trucks make more money. Look at this $10.99 plus tax no drink and this is the frito pie plan and dry. Dickey's cost too much for the amount they provide
