We went for our reservation and waiting for about 15 minutes and no one showed up to help us. There was no self seating sign so we ended up leaving. Many employees walked past us during this time but no one helped us
We had a graduation party at this location and had the best service and food! We were in the Board Room and chose the nacho/taco bar. The food was amazing! Guests asked if this was done in-house because the quality was unexpected for "arcade/bar" food. Yes, it is! The chicken was so good! The restaurant never disappoints and it is always a family friendly place to play games!
Our Waitress Ashley was awesome! She made sure she we had everything we needed with a smile.
Very pleasant experience, will be back soon! Courtland our waiter was awesome and very attentive we had a party of 8 (6 kids and 2 adults)
We were pleasantly surprised, I wish we had something like this in Wichita Falls. I wasn’t expecting much food wise from a place meant for entertainment. My husband ordered fish and chips which he felt was on almost as good as the fish he had from the Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Vegas. I had the voodoo chicken, the chicken was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside the sauce was spicy but not intolerably so. The drinks were on point and our waitress Sidney, was the best one we’ve had in a long time. Not too mention most all of the arcade games were actually up and working unlike the one at home. But serious props to Sidney, she was awesome and we loved her sweet attitude!
The greeting host assumed friend and I were a couple. Cute, but two people can be friends and it's better to just make general greetings. Also the dining areas needed more attention. The place wasn't that busy but many uncleared tables in both sections. Limited servers as well that we left because it took that long to get anyone to acknowledge we may want to order. Two finally came consecutively and the second one was rude when we told him thanks but we're getting ready to leave. He commented back with a sarcastic remark that was not apologetic in nature. The dine and play menu options were boring and not that great of a deal. I miss the old D&B where adults could enjoy an active game night.
They have discontinued the dine and play combo which was a big disappointment. We traveled from out of town, 300 miles away with a large group of teenagers so this was pretty upsetting when we arrived. The manager was apologetic and tried to make it right but the kids ended up having to order of the kids menu and get a lesser play card to stay in their budget. Their food was not good. So it was definitely a disappointment. They still had fun playing games. The staff was friendly and our server was really nice. The adults meals were good, we just wish the kids meals would have been good and filling since this was their trip. Not what we were expecting.
Great staff! Wonderfully attentive service. High quality food, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Friendly hands on management always visible and available to attend to your needs. Courteous and helpful gaming staff. We have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend for a great night out, dinner, drinks, and great service!
Service was great and friendly. Food was really good!
We like to bring our son here for his birthday. A lot of video games for all of us to play and have fun with. Food is actually really great to. One thing they need though is a larger gluten free menu. With my son and wife having the gluten allergy this year we just ate before we came. Oh and another thing they had a strong smell of vanilla air freshener at the entrance, it was very pleasant.
