Because one person paid with a false $100 bill all honest paying customers must suffer for it. Brought my kids & family to eat here as a celebratory game win & a $100 is all I had. They refused to accept the bill even though the change back was only about $50. No signs in the lobby were posted. Apparently there is one in the drive thru per manager Kaytlin. She refused my $100 bill & refused to allow my family their food that I was 100% going to pay for.
Incredible staff, food and service. DQ usually isn't a front runner for my fast food choices but they WOW'd me today. I went in for lunch with my kids & the entire staff was friendly, professional & the dining area was immaculate.Kudos to the staff for running a tight ship & thanks for going above & beyond to make us feel special. Food was perfect by the way!We'll be back soon!
Fast and fresh and delicious! Friendly staff too. Loved the outside area because it was fully gated so great for kids!
Ok so Iam giving this place a One star. Now could be the part of day which was Sunday, but I been reading reviews bout the quality of food and customer service. Well there seemed to be a girl who took my order, there that cares but the management is all hands down no good. My food-well I ordered the flamin burger meal which wasn’t flamin by near as much, and I ordered Tacos. Tacos seemed ok. But didn’t seem fresh. Fries we’re good. I also got a choco brownie extreme blizzard with white ice cream. Which btw was great.Now…. the burger it’s mostly the burger here. It was nothing but slop! Sauce don’t know what was going on but the bun was saturated with it not fresh. The produce was not fresh. I couldn’t taist any burger or cheese even though it had meat. Unfortunately I ate half of it becouse I was hoping would get better. It never got better and I always finish my burger! Or any food Iam eating! I called Corp and the lady said She will be getting with the management and sort the issue. So as of right now I want to go to another location. I don’t really want to go back becouse when you have people working who don’t care,that’s it they have to be gone or you. It’s the only best option.
I worked here years ago and am willing to expose this business. The employees here do not care much about this business. The cook doesn't wear gloves and what disgusted me was that none of these people ever wash their hands. They stick their hands in the food while delivering it because they refuse to set the tray down and let people eat off of it like other DQs ik. The manager isnt any better at all. She yells at the employees constantly, degrades newbies, doesnt give any respectful training, and is full of herself (hopefully shes gone by now). I rarely ever see anyone clean and on my first day everyone was gossiping. I wouldnt be surprised if these people didnt wear masks or allowed employees with covid symptoms to enter the workplace. These people are very unprofessional & rude and I highly recommend not working OR eating here.
Ordered the cotton candy blizzard on grub hub. The driver had to call me to tell me they were sold out. Wish it said that online, or if the store would have called me...
I’ve only been to this location one time and received hot food. Every other time the food is cold and I have yo ask for them to remake them it. Then when I ordered the triple brownie with ice cream last week, they put a drop of ice cream and drowned it in hot fudge. I asked if they could put the amount of ice cream I always get, the middle aged Caucasian MAN rolled his eyes and slammed the window shut and returned with an attitude to hand me my order. He needs to quit and go work somewhere else if he’s that miserable. I won’t be go getting food from there anymore.
Ate there tonight with my family. Burger was excellent , as were the chicken tenders. Lady working the window was patient and helpful even though I had a large order. A lot of people at other places working the drive through sigh and breathe all heavy when I’m ordering a lot for my family of four. The service here was excellent! We will be back.
Double check your order before leaving the window!1. They forgot my drink, luckily I saw it before we got away from the window. 2. I just got home with my order & everything is wrong. I almost feel like they gave us someone else's order.
For the most of the time I go threw drive thru and service has been quick but the quantity of item which I usually get large plain cone has been different. Which this time when I went in side, I noticed a bit of pause of communication with employees first over helping the customer and the unexpected size of the large plain cone I received. For the most part the service has been good.
