MEMORIAL DAY me and my family entered this building. All I can say is FILTHY & DISGUSTING. The floor had food just laying there looked like it’s been there for hours. They seat us at a booth and my kids and my self had to step over rotten food to get to our seat. I kindly went and complained to the greeter if someone could come sweep up the floor. After 30min . Nothing . No one came to clean it up. Our food looked like it was a ROLL OVER from yesterday. Straight nasty . We weren’t the ONLY ones who complained about how filthy this place was. I’ve taken a video wishing I could share on here. Disgusting !!!!!!! I’m sure all the 20 workers in the could’ve easily swept the floor or hand me the broom I would’ve done it myself. Always a problem with them.
Hello Everyone,Man I have been to a lot of Chili’s, every time my family and I go we always have a great experience. The staff there is the best, they are always friendly. The food is good as always and you get a lot of food for the price. If you ever have a chance to go you definitely should.Thank you
Compared to other Chilis I’ve been to before, this one has been the best thus far! Customer service is amazing, to-go meals are still delicious and I look forward to coming back and enjoying more meals here!

While the beer is cold, the service is good, the avocado sirloin steak is a joke, and at $13.+ Not Very Funny! The T-bone steak at Denny's is better & cheaper, with less gristle & easier to cut. For a good time go in and drink a beer, eat some chips {if they offer any} but go elsewhere to dine...
Understaffed. Took a half hour for a table of 3 to be seated on a Sunday night with 3/4 of the restaurant empty. Took another 40 minutes (so far) and have not gotten even our drink order taken. Still waiting. Just overall a terrible experience so far.
We ordered two bacon burgers and a brisket sandwich. They were not busy on this Wednesday afternoon. The burgers were greasy and the service was awful. Asked for ketchup as the bottle at our table was empty... the waiter forgot. Asked for extra napkins as the burgers were so greasy... the waiter forgot. We left a tip anyway as this is covid. However, I will not be back this decade.Not to pile on, but the brisket sandwich was so salty as to be inedible.
Order to go from this Chili’s frequently. Staff is always friendly and food is always correct. Will keep coming back for sure! We love us some good Chilis!
Do not use their Chili’s to go option. Didn’t even have our order in their system when we arrived even with a clear confirmation text and URL. Then, asked several times to just reorder while they tried to find our never cooked meal. Crickets. Was told to let them try to find it. Worst customer service in history.
Quick lunch with co-workers. Food was good and the environment was welcoming.
