Hi. This was a couple days ago. I showed up as an uber driver to pick up an order about 15 minutes to close. I have previously worked at a chick fil a so I am aware of how annoying it is to show up near close. Person at the iPad greeted me and was fine and nice. I got to window and was asked to pull up to the red sign. Waiting and waiting waiting and 10:10 rolls around and no one is behind me so I try to flag somebody down in the drive thru because I have been forgotten and it was a gentlemen in a blue shirt (a team leader or manager) and he gave me this disgusted look and just turned right around and walked away. It's after close I know but I was instructed to pull up and didn't deserve that. I then reverse to the window and try to flag someone over and they refuse to open the window which I know is a rule to lock at 10... but really yall forgot me and the order I was picking up and the treated me awful
S-L-O-WBut I get it. They’re probably understaffed. People are always nice. I’ll think twice before going here when I see a line. I used to use the app to pick up curbside but they don’t seem to do that anymore.
This Chick-fil-A never disappoints but this weekend I used them for catering and again, they were amazing to work with! Wendye who is in charge of catering, confirmed by order multiple times prior to my pick up date. She allowed me to borrow the hot bags to keep our stuff warm, and when I picked up, there was a hand written note thanking me for my order. This restaurant consistently goes above and beyond and I am so thankful to Wendye and their whole team!
This location rocks! I come here quite often and some of the staff members remember my name which is just so thoughtful. It’s pretty much the same ppl that work here all the time which shows just how great this place is and that they value their job and customers. Even when they have long lines outside and inside, they stay professional and it never takes long to get my food. Keep doing what you’re doing!
Always excellent quality. A little disappointed in the price tho. All I got was 2 of the 12 count grilled nuggets. Didn't even amount to a total chicken breast and cost 16 bucks. No sides. No drinks. Better value at other restaurants. Too bad. Still tasted great tho and line moved fast.
Yesterday afternoon I had went to get their 8ct nugget meal w/ a sweet tea & I started feeling kinda funky afterwards. But I didn’t pay any mind to it. A few hours later I was throwing up uncontrollably… and on top of that I had the worst diarrhea of my life. (Mind you, I only ate oatmeal in morning and I was fine until I ate here.)I was unable to sleep last night due to me constantly throwing up every hour until 6am when it finally stopped. I thought maybe I had covid, but nope. Im negative on that. I had to go to my urgent care to figure out I got a stomach bug/ virus. Something in the food was contaminated with the virus.. or maybe someone didn’t do the correct sanitary protocols when handling the food… I will not be going back to this location. And probably not to another Chick-fil-A. Its sad cause I actually enjoy coming to eat here every now and again since I literally work right next to this location.I’ve had several problems with this location with their chicken being under cooked, or they forget something when you specifically ask for it & confirm it when ordering.
They always forget something when you go through drive-thru. Then you try calling them and they don’t answer the phone!! This time I looked in the bag and could not see the sauce, so I asked the girl at the drive-thu window if the sauce was in the bag and she said yes. When I got home I realized It was NOT!!!!
We are frequent purveyors of this location, but the current drive thru wait times mean that it is effectively unusable until they reopen carry out and curbside. Hope they can get it together soon.
I took my 11/2 year old grandson and the staff was just great. From order at the counter to coming by to make him laugh bring our order and lastly, a take out order they helped carry out.Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
The food itself is good, but what angers me is the drive-through. It's as if they didn't know what they were doing. It is annoying when I wait ten minutes in line to get around, just to have a person who just pulled in get to get there order first because the people taking orders decided to take the other lane now. Also, when backed up, it can be extremely confusing.
