I placed on order on the app for this location at 7:00 am at the time there was a worker at the location but when I went around to pick up my order the employee could not find my order that was already paid for and when I showed for my order from the app she said that this was not the correct location because the zip code did not match. When I put the address with the zip code that was provided by the app it took me to a junkyard. When I demanded my money back she said that she needed to get her managers number and she closed and locked the window then she never came back. I went back to the location at 10:30 am to talk to the manager and there was no one at the location at all. To say the least I will never deal with Burger King again.

Just experienced the worst customer service ever. I called to make sure that they were going to be taking orders through drive-through she hung up on me. She almost charged me for the wrong order. She had a terrible attitude (Faded green braided ponytail). She started rolling her eyes saying oh my God. So I asked her what her name was and she told me she didn’t know her name. It’s only two people working at this location and they failed to say anything or to apologize for the long wait. Just the worst customer service ever.

Slow service even though we were the only patrons inside, and the drive though only had 2 or 3 cars in line.On the way out we wished one of the employees a good night, he looked at us as if we were nobody's and just kept walking. Guess they are hiring whomever they find willing to say they'll show up for work even if they have zero skills. And these lazy unskilled people want $15/hr. They deserve min. wage or $10/hr at BEST!

A big compliment to LaBreshia at the Burger King on highway 10 in Euless! She took my order in the drive through and was very efficient and personable. In these days, it is so refreshing to see someone who demonstrates excellent customer service, and she did. Burger King, you have a great employee. Make sure you recognize her and compensate her to the degree she deserves!

Open or closed? Placed a online order (12-12-21) and went to pick up my food at approx. 11:15am. Order#38. Order was not filled. Girl at window said they were closed and refused to help. Kind of acted like I was inconveniencing her… please refund my points and money. Will not be going back to this location. 2nd time they were “closed” but had a person to man the drive thru. If they anticipate remaining closed at those hours, POST THE NEW HOURS ON THE WINDOWS/DOORS AND UPDATE ONLINE AND APP WITH NEW HOURS!

Try not to make someone wait 5 minutes at the speaker to order and then in the middle of the order state the store is not taking anymore orders for the night. *sigh*

This Burger King is always out of stuff. You can hardly get a chicken sandwich here and it’s one of their only good items other than the chicken fries. They are constantly out of important menu items and when you do get your food it’s cold. They are always slow at getting orders out too, even when they are not busy. It’s pretty disappointing. Their customer service is always touch and go too, you either get someone very friendly or someone who hates their job.

I usually go to the one in Southlake but the last couple of times I have gone it’s been close around 11pm when they close at 12am. So I went to the one in Euless hoping it was still open I got there around 11:40pm and Cory Brown the Assistant Manager was really polite, had good customer service even though there was only 2 people working that night. It was closing time and I still got my food fresh, I will be going more often to this location I highly recommend it.

Bad experience! rude customer service , they had 2 for 6$ deal . Charged me full price on each burger I asked him about the deal but he shouted at me and said that’s not his problem that’s Burger King problem. The guy on cash register is very rude.

First of all the time it states that this burger King closes online is at 12am, which is not right so I highly recommend getting that updated!!! Secondly I wanted to place an order thru the app which I'm glad I didn't because I arrive 10 mins til 10pm and had to go thru the drive thru since the inside is closed, to find out they are no longer taking app orders because they will be closing in 10 mins. Then when speaking the worker he was uninterested and unfriendly. I know this is a well known company like Walmart probably multi billion company but they put no money in ensuring customer service is better than what it is.
