Ordered my food at 8:25. Only ordered a 1/4 lb burger, a limeade and fries. It took OVER 20 MINUTES to get my food, and the limeade was just lime juice and unsweetened seltzer.. I've been to many different locations, both dine in and drive through, and this was the most ridiculpus experience I could have ever imagined. I should have gone to the sonic next door. They suck, but they're somehow still better. Super sad because the food tastes great but the service at this particular one is atrocious.
This was the best place in town to get food. It’s gone so far down hill, from the rude drive thru lady in the morning to the incompetent staff at night. The ketchup dispensers have been out for weeks. Visited here this evening to find a coarse, two inch long, blond ish, brown hair sticking out of my burger. Counter lady gave my money back but never apologized. How disappointing. Is there no where else that offers decent, sanitary food and service anymore? Sad

Today, I stopped by Braum's for an orange sherbet freeze. I paid for my order at 4:58pm and made my way to the second window to receive my treat. I satthere waiting for my order for 15 minutes only to be told that they're out of orange sherbet. I sat there for 15 minutes without an employee coming over to inform me of the lack of product. I finally got the attention of the student employee that was working the drive-through And he let me know that they were at a sherbert. I asked for my money back and to see a manager. The student worker returned my money and the manager came to the window and said nothing that sounded like an apology for my long wait. Nor did she suggest another item. I completely understand running out of product . But I do not understand the lack of customer service That I experienced today at Braum's. Please consider your customers especially when things are not going as they should
If I could give five negative stars, I would! The area where you order your ice cream was filthy. After waiting in the ice cream line for more than 30 minutes, we gave up. When we arrived, there were just 5 people in front of us and two people working the ice cream line. By the time it was our turn, no one was working the line. The gentleman moved over to take a food order, and the girl had stopped working the line to go get more chocolate chip ice cream which NO ONE had ordered. We spoke with Alexis, the manager, and all she could say was that's what I have to work with. WE'RE DONE WITH BRAUM'S ON MAIN STREET IN EULESS.
I usually only stop here for breakfast. But today I went for lunch & got an affordable, good-sized chicken salad + they gave me a cup of cottage cheese! Good job BRAUMS!
I ordered a large chilli, and received a large half filled chilli with no cheese and only 2 crackers to go with it.... also no napkins. I should have just ordered the small chilli. ?
A north Texas classic. Fun, casual fast-food and ice cream shop with a grocery store inside. Awesome shakes and their brand of ice cream is AMAZING! If you’re on a road trip we can recommend the bag of burgers!!!
This fully remodeled and updated store has a bright clean atmosphere and friendly employees. The A2 milk is delicious and easy to digest. Great ice cream and other dairy items. Good burgers and fries.
The ice cream was delicious but the dining room was filthy. There was food on the floor, water on the floor which is a slip and fall hazard. Food all over the tables not cleaned or attended to.. And in addition the employees left their work area cluttered with banna peelings and equally as dirty as the dining hall. Cluttered and in disarray.Another note, when asked about a flavor of ice cream and its components they could only say they didn't know.
