I should not even give this place a one star it just won't let me fill in anything if I don't pick a star we waited in line forever because the inside was closed we got up there to it finally and they had nothing that we wanted that it was definitely not 31 flavors evidently and the gentleman in front of us had a phone with I don't know 37 clicks on it where the lady has a return scanner out at least 10 × to scan something and then put it back and scand again and then put it back and then put it back and scand again and then come to find out it was 2 dozen donuts... we got nothing and left what a mess.. I will never go back
I was initially surprised by the price of a single scoop and additional charge for a single or even more for double waffle cone. I have to say the quality of the ice cream was top shelf and worth the cost!
This is like almost my third time here. And since every first day they keep telling they are closed at 8:30 while their hours says they are open till 10. And all the time their only excuse was they are short staff but it is not busy at all. I would suggest to skip this place
Not worth the money. The really don't care about presentation. This was shoved in a small box.
Sad to see so much money spent on a newish building with nice new items and people inside not running it well.. when i went it looked like wasnt kept up well through out the day... i had to tell the guy behind the counter what all goes on a sundae! he was shaking putting on toppings and i had to repeat my self several times for him to kinda barely register it speaking clearly in english and slowly ..this place definanly needs to look at who they hire better every time ive went the only real issue has been its employees none of them seemed to enjoy what they do i waited like 10 minutes before placing a order only one person was ahead of me..the image of the buisness and taste of the ice cream is good as hell tho
this location has the worst customer service ever. don't waste your time waiting on the kid employees to finish what ever they wanna do before waiting on you
No one wore gloves while handling food, pat and coconut milk was sitting out, the ice cream looked like it had melted and refrozen, the entire time we waited for our order, we had to watch the two male employees hit on the only female employee, so that was awkward. Where was a manager or supervisor? This place is riding in Dunkin to keep them afloat, and even that is struggling.
Went inside and though it was pretty busy the workers were so helpful and nice. We were barley in there for 5 minutes and left happy. The workers are super nice and made fun lil convos with us!
Last few times I visited the town and stopped by at night. Google says it close at 10pm and the door is locked just few min before 9pm. Drove in drive Thur and got sent away because they wanted to close early. Making us have to drive to a different location which is farther out. Not coming back here no more because every time I come they are closed. I have been upset with that so I’m going to ask many of my friends to join me putting 1 star reviews instead of 5 stars and telling them go to the other location. Need as many people help as possible to get this business shut down and making people avoid coming here.
I has made a quick stop to look at the cakes because no one answered the phone and didn't even get a greeting from any employee when walking in. I spent some time trying to see all the labels of the cakes and as I stood there was never asked if I needed assistance. Customer service no longer exists here.
