Authentic is right here! I got a torta and some tacos. The food was done right; the torta’s bread was toasted on the flat top griddle. The tacos were oiled and heated up on the griddle and it had lightly toasted texture. And it came with two proper tortillas per tacos! The meats were well seasoned. The ladies cooking are so nice and helpful.FYI. You look at the menu to know what to get. Tell the gas station cashier what you want and pay. Then hand the ticket to the lady cooks.

Adam's is just your basic gas station/convenience store/taqueria/tire shop, but I go here specifically to order from the taqueria. They have some [email protected]$$ breakfast burritos (I recommend it with bacon/chorizo and potato), but it's the barbacoa that brings me back. Those sweet, sweet street tacos, authentically made, and you're given the option to eat there or take them home. They serve lengua, tortas, and a broad menu of delicious lunch combos to choose from.*Note: you'll want to pick up some extra of their salsa verde for your breakfast because it's also amazing, and be sure to tip!
Had the pastor, barbacoa, and beef fajita tacos. Pastor was average. Barbacoa and beef fajita lacked flavor. Beef quality was good but it lacked flavor. 2.5 stars. I rounded up to 3. Dallas needs better tacos. Lol.
Best burrito I’ve had in a while. Super authentic! And It was a little wait, but just because the food is cooked to order and they are usually busy. It’s inside a gas station, but you know those are always the best tacos.
The marinated beef torta was amazing!! Will be back soon to try the rest of the menu
