So ordered through door dash in which the store does not communicate with the app. Waited past the time the app told me that it was in route. Driver couldn’t even come on post so had to meet him by the visitor center. Wings were over cooked and had hardly any sauce on them. Pasta was overly salty with no real flavor of Alfredo and the small pizza was crushed in. Either pull yourself off door dash or better your service
Called in my order and then they gave me my total over the phone. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my food they where trying to over charge me by 16 dollars. And when I told them what happened all they did was read the receipt over and over and pulled the girl away so I couldn't make her tell them that she had messed up. No the first time this happens here but this time was over the limit. Not to mention that their online menu is wrong and they don't even honor the prices they have on the restaurant either. Get name of person that took your order over the phone or record the conversation so they have to honor the prices!!!!

The chicken wings are amazing. They are big and meaty. Definitely worth the value.The pizza was disappointing. They use very cheap ingredients and the pizza was very greasy. The quality was like the pizza you get at Sam's Club or Costco.
I was getting ready for work so we decided to order pizza from Xtreme Pizza on Yarborough . Placing the call the first two times I was immediately hung up on but was on long enough to hear people laughing. I finally got to order my pizza and gave them my address and phone number. It was getting close to when I had to be at work so I call the store to see what was the hold up and they said they thought it was for pick up. So I left without eating but asked them to still deliver the pizza to my house so my family could eat.. guess what ? They got the order wrong and sent what I did not order. My wife calls and some lady answers the phone mid laughter ( I guess having fun at work is their priority) and she tells them what had happened and the lady tells her that they did send the correct order. My wife asked for the manager and she said that she was the manager. We have been loyal customers for years but will be ordering from other places other than from you all
Called twice regarding our order that was ordered thru door dash. Had been. Over 1 hour and nothing . The little uneducated young lady with a mouth her mother would be ashamed to hear, told me give them another 30 min for delivery. Door Dash showed no one was picking up my order? The manager I other hand needs to go and be retrained in customer service, she refused to give me her name and the owners name?? Her reply was she didn’t know who he was, and her name didn’t matter and wasn’t giving it to me. She responded if I wanted the Dam pizza or not?I called and spoke with door dash and they had no record of anyone picking up a pizza. The door knocked xterme driver knocks and said delivery I asked him why late his response was they don’t use door dash they just keep the money for themselves? Pizza arrived cold and they didn’t slice it .Thanks , but we won’t be ordering from this place Ever again!Door Dash said they would follow up
Their pizza transports me straight to heaven , it’s fantastic. Their jalapeño wings, not so much. If you order online and do pick-up you might want to call in and check on your order, they sometimes forget to call.
Went on Christmas for the kids. My order took awhile but I understand being a holiday. I wanted to thank the team for being open on Christmas Day and handling the busy situation well. Keep up the good work.
