Went in yesterday morning and once again left with a smile on our face! Our food is always cooked perfectly and our server is always amazing. Rebecca and Leanna are our favorite. :) Always remember exactly what we drink and our order.The cooks always get our wings crispy to perfection. Definitely recommend this place. Eat here once a month and never disappointed.
Visiting from Dallas, me and my family had lunch here and it was the worst experience. We weren't greeted upon entering, so we didn't know if we could seat ourselves, which we ended up doing. Waitress ignored that we even entered, wasn't busy at all. Waitress was friendly, yet inattentive. Our food was cold and dry. I had to send my onion rings back. She came to refill my tea and had her finger in my cup as she took it to the back to refill. My child didn't receive her drink with her order until I asked for it. I had to ask twice for the highchair for my child. We found out we were charged for ranch when some of us didn't even request ranch or any dipping sauce so we were charged for something we didn't ask for. Instead of being attentive to our table, the waitress was talking at the bar. Maybe they were short staffed but once I saw her take a shot behind the bar, I should have left. The place is in need of a true deep cleaning. The restroom and under the tables looked like something out of restaurant nightmares. A layer of grime coated most surfaces, even the highchair. When we were leaving, no one said their farewells and thank yous to us but the few patrons before us received that. It was all around a weird and unpleasant experience. I expected more from a place with 4 stars. How do you mess up a chicken wing experience? If you're the manager at this location, retraining your staff is encouraged.
I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. We walked in and no one greeted us. The waitress was one table away and totally ignored us. When she finally came to us and took our order she was nice but...anyway we ordered an appetizer but got a stack of dirty plates with it. Onion rings were cold, chicken was dry, the fish is swai, some items missing and the waitress put her fingers in the cup to refill it. I don't live in El Paso but if I did I wouldn't come back to this place!
The food I can’t complain about. But the service was not up to par. Upon entry we where notified theor was only two servers for the whole place. We understood that the wait time for food would be longer. We didn’t expect 40 min wait for three burgers and wings. The female server was more concerned about a gentleman sitting at the bar. Our male server was concern about a group of friends sitting at the bar. His attention was on his friends instead of customers. When he did decide to visit our table to see if we needed anything we where already done with our meals. He was quick to bring the tab and charge but for napkins I might as well gone to buy some. When I told him I was still eating he said that’s fine and proceeded to go to the patio Amd smoke a cigarette with that group of friends. To make matters worse he finished his cigarette he did not wash his hands and proceeded to handle food entries. I feel bad for the customers who had him serve theor tables after his break

This is my first visit, and the food is really good.
I arrived at this place at 8:58 pm. I waited 15 min and the waitress and waiter would see me and ignore me. I raised my hand trying to get their attention and they would just ignore me. Finally I got up and went for a Menu myself. Then I went to the register and asked the guy and girl there if the clientele had to order at the register and then take a table. They said, we are closing soon so yes. You have too come to us and we don't serve any more at this time. First and last time I appear at this place. I wouldn't recommend it at all, whatsoever. It's 10:04 and I'm still waiting for 20 chicken wings.
Went there and the entire place looked really dirty. Tables didn’t look clean. Ketchup bottles were crusty. Restrooms were unclean. Our server was rude. The workers were not washing their hands and were touching face and mouths while serving drinks and food. Not food safety friendly nor a comfortable environment to eat.
