Please have your staff know the menu , I asked questions an their reply was sorry I don't know. Also I waited 15 min in drive thru pick up an no one came out. I had to call for them to come out an my food was incorrect an cold.
I called to complain about my shrimp since I ordered honey hot shrimp and I ended up getting that tiny greasy shrimp, the girl transferred me to Arturo and once I complained with him he hung up on me. I drove all the way back to wing daddy because I thought that was rude since I had ordered take out. At the end the only person that helped me out was the GM not Arturo. (Person above Arturo) the GM made me fresh new food. The third picture you can see the huge difference from what I had asked for in the beginning. Very disappointed from the customer service I received from Arturo.
Even when they are super busy Asia took amazing care of us and always attentive to our needs. We have a rambunctious two year old who she happily said hi and even gave a hug. when we were nervous about him making a mess she always let us know it was no problem. Hands down the best server I have had in a really long time!! She always had a smile and made us feel like we could ask for things. I would definitely come again just for her customer service and the amazing food!
Tried this for the first time today with the family. Quite impressed and will definitely be back. The wait staff was by far some of the best we've experienced in quite a while. Good variety of menu items and sauces. My son ordered a burger and came out perfect, my daughters kid menu items were perfect for her. We tried the gator bites which had a great flavor along with their fried pickles, so so good. We tried a couple different sauces and definitely enjoyed each of them and their unique flavors. Overall really great atmosphere and delicious food with great wait staff.
Our family ordered dinner for pick up tonight. My wife and I both ordered a side of potato salad. Her potato salad was fine. My order of potato salad was a yellow color and the potatoes had a odd consistency. I took a taste, and it tasted horrible plus it gave my mouth a slight burning sensation. I had to spit it out. It was unfit for human consumption. What a disappointment. If I could give you negative stars I would. It wouldn't let me post this without leaving 1 star. You have lost our business.
I have seen a lot of negative reviews and I honestly stayed away because of them but I was invited with friends and it’s too bad I stayed away! The service was great, it was quick, the food was tasty. We had drinks and they were big and delicious. Nothing negative to say. Went back another weekend with my hubby and everything was great! Fast service, drinks refilled in a timely manner, food was good. Server was professional and sweet!
worst customer service ever don't know why they have a phone call to refuse to ever answer it do not recommend anybody go there and eat
Went to wing daddy’s yesterday and had an amazing day! Not going to lie, they need more servers, I saw how busy my server was which made me feel bad for her cause she honestly had like 10 tables at the same time however, she was doing a fantastic job! I saw how she was making sure that each of her tables had everything which shows how good of a server she is! Thank you Denise for being so friendly and energetic and for making sure we left with a great experience!
I wanted to wait a bit before I placed my review just like they took forever. If I could, I would leave 0 stars. Absolutely the worst place. They never pick up the phone. It takes forever to put in the order. After I placed my order and go for pickup to the designated time; my food was not ready. It took them over an hour to get my order. The food is really gross. Everything is cold and the fries burnt. To top it off the price is ridiculously high for poor service and food. The quality of food is the worst. Don't ever wast
Tried calling to place an order no answer, called about six times no answer. My husband decided to drive since we live close to the place. When he shows up and lets them know that we have been trying to call and the server doesn’t acknowledge the comment. So he just places the order at 6PM comes back home since we leave near by because he was told the order would be ready in 30 minutes. After a little over 30 min. he drives back to pick up the order and the order is not ready. He is told that a cook has just walked out on them and need more time. At this point they tell him it will be another 10 minutes. Once it’s 7PM, I call my husband and ask about the order he tells me he is still waiting. I try calling again to speak to a manger and STILL no answer. I call the wing Daddys location on Lee Trevino speak to the manager there and let him know what’s going on and see if he can give me another number to call. So he calls the manager over on Sean Haggerty and explains to him the complaint, he gets back in the line with me and let’s me know that the manager is aware and for me to call him at the same number I’ve been calling. So I call again, NO ANSWER for the next 6 more times. After trying continuously, I get an answer I ask to speak to the manager and once he gets on the line he tells me his name, Arturo. Then Tells me that he apologizes that he is short staffed and asks what my order is, I tell him and he says your food is just coming off the grill and will be provided to my husband. We get off the phone and Shortly after my husband arrives, it is now 7:30PM (we leave 2 minutes away). The food IS COLD not “just off the grill”. Not only did it take over an hour, I was lied to by the manager. I’m disappointed, worst experience BAD SERVICE!!! AND the manager did nothing to refund me my money. Wing Daddy’s if you are reading this I want my money back! And you just lost a customer. Also, this isn’t the first bad experience we have had PLENTY with this location but today just topped the cake so NO it’s not just today that your cook walked out that made it a bad experience. Overall, your location NEEDS better customer service delivery and I suggest you start by training your management, it all starts there.
