I don’t do it often. All I wanted was a salad. I get 4 slices of tomato and old lettuce. No cheese, croutons and I paid extra $ for dressing that doesn’t come with the salad.
Today we ate at Wing Daddy’s, and all I can say is that I’m very disappointed. I had ordered a 3 piece combo & a 5 piece combo. The restaurant wasn’t even packed, I understand they get busy with To-go Orders yet doesn’t makes sense how I had to wait 40 minutes to get my order! 2 people came after us & they got their orders before I did. If an employee wouldn’t had heard me say “didn’t we came before them” they wouldn’t had even noticed that we hadn’t gotten our order. Finally they brought our food and said “Sorry, the guy had mixed your order we are just missing the 3 piece” YET they brought the wrong wings & the employee “corrected” us saying “no you actually ordered Hunny hot” when they brought the other 3 lemon pepper they were so dry & hard. I think this is poor customer service. Not just having us wait 40min but bringing someone’s else food first who came after us & not accepting that they messed up our order.
Worst service ever very rude and didn't know when food was going to be ready. waited 1 hour for fried pickles
We came in for dinner ..we asked employee if they could put basketball game on.. told us remote was broken..That’s the reason we came wings n basketball..sorry excuse they gave us.. you know it’s not working fix it.. keep the customer happy...
My husband and I always get our wings from this location and never had a problem with our wings. Today, we were craving for some wings so we ordered some for take out. The wings were noticeably burned and my husband said the employees were rude. We paid $43 for burned wings and flavorless fries. We will not be coming to this location anymore.

They are taking forever to give our order and its not even busy at all, i cant imagine whenever they get busy. They took 23 minutes to get my order.
I got a hair on the fried cheese cake dessert, the wings one normal and one small and my son's plate tasted like burnt oil. We didn't even see the manager
They hooked me with great customer service and flavors. But lost me with such a tight table set up. Had to do the old shoulder tap to a gentleman at the table next to my lady and I’s. He decided it was cool to hover his rear end over her drink, plop down on the bench, and chill with his elbow on my table. So I politely let him know what was and wasn’t gonna happen. Other than that everything was great.
Staff are all young and unprofessional. Cashier was literally on the phone talking to a friend about her boy problems while assisting us. While waiting for our food the whole staff could be heard talking and cussing to each other. The food took forever and customer service was just very bad. I would not recommend visiting this establishment. This will be my first and last visit here.
