Did an online order, they didn't have banana splits which displayed online or the ice cream cone with the sprinkles, so I got the cone minus sprinkles.. They didn't want to give me my refund for the banana split, they told me to leave and call back, then said go online and request a refund. (Which There is NO option to do that online) I stayed until they gave me my money which took about 20 minutes going back and forth with the lady. THEN I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single burger with chillie on it, smh.
The lobby was closed, the drive thru was a little slow, this is why I gave 4 stars. Other than that, the staff were friendly and the food was good enough for fast food.The chili cheese fries comes with shredded cheese and not sliced American. The double burgers are large enough to fill-up an adult, or a growing 12 year old. The mini corndog bites were very good and crunchy in the outside.
Krystal was patient, kind and caring. She reorganized my order so that my military discount could be applied. This saved me about $10 off of my order. She is incredible and seems to be an asset for your company.
I am addicted to the chocolate dipped cone. Great people. Sure to labor shortage the dinng area is only for online order pickups
Unfortunately the food and service has went down hill, been going to the one by my house for 30 years, it's really sucks that it was always my first choice, but now I always look for something else first
Manager Rosie M. was very rude. She first stated even if you do a curb side pick up so your order is ready you arrive that you have to go through drive through and it will not be ready. She said they will not honor your curbside pick up, it just means its paid for and you have to go through drive through anyways. She then stated she threw the food away since I was waiting at the curbside pick up spot for 45 minutes which is directly in the drive through site of view. Absolutely terrible management
Drive-thru was very slow and the young lady named Rosalba that takes your order is so RUDE!!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN... Not to add the quality of the food has gone down immensely.
Asked for well done fries (crispy) and I got stale soggy fries. Highly dissatisfied. I even waited longer. Check your order before leaving. The service keeps going downhill.
Great hot dogs milkshakes and ice-cream. Love that they always have something new.
I’ve come here twice in the past week and just absolutely horrible quality of food. my first meal was cold, definitely wasn’t cooked all the way through. The second seemed like they threw it in a bag with everything everywhere
