First was told off by a very rude lady in glasses n tattoos all over (Helga I believe) tryin to tell me my survey code which is valid for 30 days was expired before even looking at it! She didn’t even ask what it was, she only asked from when was the receipt from. After we corrected her by showing that it states “within 30 days” she started telling us everything we wanted was OFF the menu. Was told after 7 PM its her personal decision to not sell certain items on the menu. You can’t order kraut dogs at this location if it’s after 7PM. Why even have a dang menu and offers for surveys if gonna be so rude?
I placed the order, checked it before driving away and found it was missing two items. When I mentioned it, the window employee wanted the order back to verify. A minute later, she handed me back the bag and told me it "was right" now. When I got home I was still missing an item. I called the manager and was told to come back and they would give me what I paid for. I did, picked up a Kraut Dog and went home. My wife ate it and within 30 minutes was nauseous and vomiting. I believe she got food poisoning from stale or rotting sauerkraut from Wienerschnitzel. I will not return or recommend this place.
I could not have had a worse experience, the service was HORRIBLE. Coming up to order he told ME to wait, then when I got to the window he took my order wrong, and gave me attitude for his mistake. One of my drinks was still wrong when I left! I work in fast food too, I know it’s annoying but everyone I talked to here was so rude. You guys do better this is your job do it right. Never coming here again.

I got food poisoning yesterday ate my dinner here and over night im puking and bad stomach . my whole family that ate the same dinner is now on bed rest .
I always have issue with them getting my order correct. They do compensate me but I would prefer my order correct in the first place. And then they do not answer the phone, you have to go back and talk to them personally.
I have been a customer for over 20 years, and your food never ceases to amaze me. Weinerschnitzel keep up the good work. I would give you 10 stars if I could.
Tastee freeze ice cream kicks mc Donald's in the cup. Still love those chili cheese dogs on the pretzel bun. Expensive for hot dogs, but nobody makes em quite like this. No dine in on Montwood/ Lee Trevino. short on staff
Not the healthiest food but it's always hot & service is awesome & ice cream machine always works!
