This is an absolute amazing fusion Pho. Others have mentioned it’s not authentic Vietnamese and it’s not because it’s fusion and it is a very fantastic fusion. I come from Dallas twice a year and make sure to stop here for this yummy oxtail pho. Always a great experience and amazing food!
First of all tho the last review from Hilda it’s not called “excuses” it’s called going out of your way and personally Cooking a mealTo make sure it’s not salty again. The food is obviously good if you finished it At this point you’re just trying to get a free meal and was mad cause you couldn’t. This place food is amazing there’s people out of town that come all the way to El Paso just to have this pho. There’s only one location but hope they grow so people at another city have the chance to try this great family owed Vietnamese food. Maybe you should give it another chance Wednesday like management said. You’ve never cooked your food salty by accident?
Oh Lord! When I tell you that I was excited when I read their menu I mean I was ecstatic! I went for a quick lunch over the weekend and I ordered the Pho with rare steak and shrimp. That's right, their pho comes with your choice of 2 proteins already in the price. The broth was delicious, I couldn't get enough of it! I just about slurped it up. I did end up asking the server if there was a way to get a half order of noodles so I could enjoy the broth more before I ordered and they did say they could but it was still alot of noodles honestly for me. I think the next time I may have to ask for like 1/3 order of their noodles. Server was amazing and checked on me throughout my meal without it feeling like she was over doing it. She had a great attitude and made the experience even better as my first time going in.Now, for the reason that I was so happy with their menu...They have all my families favorites and looking online at their pics it looks good. I can't wait to come back with my family to try it and see what they think. I will update after I take them with how the rest of their food tastes like. And hopefully I don't forget to take photos next time lol.
First time at this place and last one….The Pad Thai combination was TOO SALTY plus the shrimp extremely salty…?the appetizers were not as expected but were not bad. It is NOT our first time eating Vietnamese food or Pho…We told the waitress the pad Thai was too salty, she went to check something maybe in the kitchen then she came back and only told us “well I’m not charging you the bottled coke but if you come on Wednesday night I will be cooking and I can make it for you -no charge-“ plus few other excuses… so sorry we’re not even coming back. We (my Brother and I) are so disappointed!!We shouldn’t even been charged for that Pad Thai. We didn’t eat much of it. She came back and asked us if we needed a box. We repeated no thanks it is too salty we’re not taking it to go! ??♀️?(Friday the 13th of May between 9:10pm & 10:00pm)
It was pretty quiet when we went during lunch hours. Server was polite but the food wasn’t ideal. Pad Thai left a chalky after taste and the pho broth was salty and lacking flavor.

Not quite authentic, the hong kong noodle and the noodle for pad thai. Very friendly staff, a casual dining u don't need to worry abt dressing up. Food is served very hot, simple but beautiful presentation, good portion, taste good even it isn't quite authentic. Menu has many different choices, must try if u look for something lighter
I ordered some spring rolls, some phó, some coconut bobba tea ,and some chiken and shrimp fried rice , over all it was good the meat for the phó tasted a little on the not so fresh side. The bobba tea was alrightIt was a little on the overpriced side for me personally .
Saw the picture on their wall that looks like the place where I am from, I thought the food must be authentic and was so excited to try them but unfortunately they weren’t.Fresh spring rolls probably was the best thing in our meal but we squeezed out lots of water.Pork belly w/ vermicelli noodle was watery as well, fish sauce definitely needs new recipe.Thai curry was the worst. Chicken was grill so very hard and dry, prep cook for both curry and teriyaki perhaps. I am pretty sure they stir chicken in curry paste w/ some piece of broccoli and shredded carrot that came in bags, no coconut milk or maybe small amount. They even didn’t ask what spicy level I want.No greeting, but maybe it’s a thing in El Paso. So many other restaurants are doing same things : (Well, I am disappointed.
fast service. Excellent Pho. Hot is actually Hot! ! ! Hard to find a Pho that's not afraid of spicy food in a city where hot and spicy should be hot and spicy ! even if my nephew disagrees. :)
