Finally got tired of going to the one on Fairbanks. Too long of a wait, and my meals weren’t coming out correct. So, today, I went to the one on Woodrow beam. I would have taken a picture of my meal, but it was delicious! I got the three chicken strips with gravy and a vanilla shake. My mom got her burger with onion rings, it looked pretty tasty as well! Even though they had me pull forward, they were fast, and my food was hot. Thank you for a great meal!
It has never been the case when I order curbside on the app at this location that my order is correct. This last time they forgot an order of chicken strips on a large order. I notice and immediately drive back. Only to realize when I'm back home that they didn't give me the spicy ketchup that I specifically added to my order. I also didn't get any napkins
Got a patty melt meal ordered a shake med , asked manager do you take Price for coke off as I don't want it, well no they don't .so I asked what the price was for patty melt and med fry's was+shake it's like13.60 paid12.64 for what I got? Then I asked who's the owner was he said he doesn't know.wow they seem to get offended when I asked him not good customer service.food is ok.
I love whataburger but it is a shame that you have to check our order every time for errors. 3 out of 4 times there is something that was forgotten. The staff acts like it is no big deal and the status quo to forget items in an order. They act like you are inconveincing them when you ask them to correct it.
I have used the whataburger app for curbside several times and always end up missing part of my order. Usually its fries, but this time I wanted over 30 mins and had to call for my curbside order. I got a cold burger,luke warm fries and they didnt bring my drink.....
Ordered 2 Dr. Pepper shakes on the app for pick up. I was told the shake machine was not working so they would substitute 2 pies in place of the shakes. When I declined and asked for a refund they told me they didn’t have the money to refund me at the moment. Poor customer service !
Thank u for reheating our food after we accidentally went to the wrong location after ordering on the app. Gaby was so kind, great customer service! Will be going out of our way to come to this location.
The employee was at the register and I was standing there waiting for my order to be taken and he looked at me and said “wait ill be right back”. Then someone else took my order and waited more than 20 mins for my food when Drive trough was not busy and I was the only costumer at the dining. After getting my food the fries where cold and saggy and the food had no taste. I mean I know is good to give the opportunity to young people to get experience but at least make sure they take their job seriously and give good costumer service. I would of given a 0 star?
Went through the drive thru and guy who took my order was very nice and polite. The lady at the window was so sweet and working hard. I think she's my new friend ?. We were staying at the TownPlace Suite across the parking lot so it was a great place to get a quick dinner!
With the quality of service dwindling in my hometown HoustonTX, I was glad to see that customer service is still a priority at this WB in Roswell. Loved the staff and food was on point.
