My family eats at this location regularly. The quality of the food is generally consistent, hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly and respectful. Only on the rarest occasion has an order had a missing or incorrect item. Drive thru can move a bit slow, but it's worth it to have food made to order. Order the Dr Pepper Shake, it will make you Happy!
1st time eating here. Lol best place to go when ya tipsy. I 2 orders of bbq tender sandwich it was sooo good. My husband got a spicy chicken sandwich I wasnt to much of a fan of that because it wasnt spicy. Then we got 2 extra shakes including mines for having to wait on that sandwich. They were awesome and we refrigerated them and they didn't spoil the next day! The staff was lovely.

I have never had a problem before but today my food was 20 to 25 minutes late after I order on line. It said that it was going to be ready in 15 minutes and it took over half An hour. Disappointing ?
Wish there were negative stars. I honestly don't think other customers care about reviews on fast food, but I hope this gets up to the corporate level. Customer service is definitely not what it used to be here or anywhere now these days, but wouldn't it be great if most fast food restaurants service were like Chick-fil-A or even close to it?We have a Whataburger literally a mile away from us, but have to drive 5 miles to this one so we can at least have half the order right, but no, we didn't even get an order at all. We placed an online order thinking it would be ready when we arrived, but it wasn't, so we waited patiently and the guy said it was almost ready. We no longer wanted to wait after 25 minutes and asked for a manager "George" so we can get a refund he came out and apologized said that he can start a new order, but all we wanted was a refund. He said he couldn't and to call the 1800 number to get a refund. We called and absolutely no answer or call back. To any of the managers that try and respond to this.....please don't, cause its not gonna change anything. You all will always mess up no matter what, cause this now is a Whataburger thing. This comes from corporate cause you all didn't get proper training. And even if you all do, it'll work for a couple of weeks then back to$h!+y service, cause they don't pay you enough for giving decent service to the customer. Corporate, you all don't just represent Whataburger.....YOU REPRESENT THE GREAT STATES OF TEXAS and it's embarrassing! Get y'alls $#!+ together!
Today I went to buy a hamburger for my son after picking him up from school. We arrived around 4:08 pm and there where two cars in front of us. When it was our turn we waited for someone to take our order on the speaker but after 10 minutes I gave up and went straight to the window. There was a truck ahead of us waiting for her food. When they open the window and gave her her food she was so mad and told them that is not my order and I am not going to move from here until you give me my order right. I wasn’t able to order through the window either until the truck move. When the truck finally moved it was already 4:37 pm I approached the window and the young guy asked me did you already order and I said NO, nobody responded on the speaker. He apologized and took my order and told me to move to cone #1 where I waited for another 20 minutes until I got tired and sent my son to get the order inside the store. He came back with no beverages because they didn’t give it to him even though he ask for them. This time I got off the vehicle and went inside and told the girl where were my freaking sodas she told me I ask him and he said you didn’t order sodas I told her ma’am did you see my receipt? I told her I’ve been waiting for an hour for a freaking #2 and a#5 she told me oh I am sorry is everything ok now and I told her no ma’am I’ve been waiting for almost an hour for my order but thank you for asking. When I got home the orders were wrong and the food cold. I will never come back to that place.
Whataburger is always good. Yesterday it was crowded and busy for a Tuesday night. Service slow but good. Everything was correctly served. Yummy!!
Got the order wrong at the drive when we called to inform the manager he said he would refund our money to the card only if we brought the food back. We ordered onion rings and got hash browns at 3 in the afternoon
I will always love Whataburger, literally could have a different burger or sandwich every day of the week and still not fit them into just one week. Always clean, and orderly as well as quick to take my order and bring it out to me
Employees are very nice and polite.
