This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten food that had been sitting around and horribly burnt after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. The “Manager in charge “ made no attempt to rectify the issue! She told me to look up the corporate number online, seriously, and thanked me for the feedback. She didn’t even offer me an opportunity to get some fresh food! It’s obvious that she hasn’t been trained on customer service and the ability to maintain a fresh product for her customers. I will continue to make sure people know about the horrible service and their inability to address their shortcomings when it comes to their food! If there was a zero rating, that’s what I’d give them.
Ordered through app.Food was meh. I requested extra pickles, not there. Apple pie was not fully cooked, still had raw dough and was not going to drive back to get another. Milkshake was good.I requested more pickles, after waiting 2-3 minutes and just seeing staff about 5-7 just standing around laughing, I decided to leave.I won't be stopping at this location again.
My favorite burger place, my wife even jokes we moved to El Paso so I can eat there when I want. Thank you for late night open dining room, it’s great for after a long evening and night at work when you just need to eat on your way home.
Going inside and the drive through are going to be your best options for ordering. When it comes to placing an order on your mobile app the service really lacks. From my experience, the order is usually wrong, cold, or not ready. All staff is very friendly though and don't make a fuss on fixing mistakes. I personally wouldn't recommend doing mobile order from here but everything else is pretty solid.
Very glad they're open 24hrs because I didn't get into town until after midnight - so that's a YEA!Also, it's Whataburger, I mean what else can you say?! - so that's another YEA!I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad with grilled chicken and was really looking forward to it, but I have to say I was pretty disappointed. My chicken was breaded not grilled, and it was supposed to come with blue cheese crumbles ???♀️ but they were forgotten ?. I like buffalo sauce and consider myself not entirely wimpy when it comes to spice levels, and I liked the buffalo flavor, but c'mon guys - my salad was swimming in a soup of sauce! It was hard to eat because it was SO spicy with all the sauce. I ordered a salad because I wanted to enjoy a salad, otherwise I would've just ordered Buffalo Chicken Chowder ?

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT...Second time (I know, dumb me) I order delivery with their app and they use Favor. Favor drivers keep your food and say they delivered it. You contact Whataburger manager, she doesn't care at all, she says they don't interact at all with the delivery company, so, nothing they can do. You contact Favor, they say the order was placed through Whataburger app, and they can't do anything. So, it's a way of stealing your money. I have proof and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureu. I have cameras everywhere, and the conversations with these places. In the meantime, don't be a victim like me. Buy from another restaurant.
The male manager that works 11pm to 8am shift is excellent and Whataburger is lucky to have such an asset.
I’m honestly tired of this store. Every single time I go there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. They cannot follow basic instruction, they never give the food fresh as they claim. I don’t understand how this store is still running. Ordered from the app today and still had to wait 30 min for my food. Chicken was burned, fries were hollow and the burger was poorly made and unfortunately burned as well. Asked for gummy’s and was given broken down cookies. Couldn’t feed my kids this trash. I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but I’m done. This store needs a serious re evaluation. Fire management and the crew and bring in competent new hirers. Any stars higher than a 1 are simply false reviews. Not spending a dime on this store.
