They have just gone down hill with this manager. They completely messed up my order and charged me double for an order and when I went to ask for a refund the manager didn't even give me the time of day and just went to "talk" to the other workers there. Then they came over and shoved the refund on my face in cash when I paid with card.Worst Experience ever. They didn't even bother telling me what happened and how they could have messed my order this badly.0/10 I wouldn't recommend.
Seems like everytime you go through the drive through there is something wrong or missing from your order. I have to say that this is easily the worst What-a-Burger experience on multiple occasions at this location. Check your order everytime before you leave. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the food is good but very frustrating to find forgotten items or the wrong thing in your order.
Had my first and last whataburger breakfast! Ain't nothing deluxe about their breakfast! Gonna stick to burgers there. For breakfast go to Mickey D's or Jack in the Box.
Every time I go back home to Texas to visit, I have to get a green chile burger. It is always so good.
The food is always good here. Especially the hatch green chili bacon burger. Absolutely delicious. The main issue I have here is that the drive thru is always pushing people forward into the lanes rather than serving them at the window, idk if it's a personnel issue or if it's an issue in the kitchen always taking too long.
very friendly staff, had my order super fast during lunch hour. All of them were super friendly and the manager’s were constantly chekcing on people.great job
