I went in to redeem a free Whataburger Jr. and ended up with a free chicken sandwich with purchase of fries and drink. I shared my burger and fries with someone that was also hungry. The staff was so nice and the manager also made sure I was able to substitute buns since they ran out of brioche buns, but as soon as the buns were delivered he asked if I'd like the brioche buns? I chose to stay with small buns. I can't remember the young lady at the cash register or the manager's name but both were super attentive and excellent customer service. I enjoy eating here because the place is always clean as well! Thank you for excellent customer service!
What's the use of ordering ahead on the app and it gives you an expected time for your order to be ready and you show up and it's not ready and still you have to wait for them to have your order ready.Yes, they apologize, but waiting for just a drink, just doesn't make any sense.
Loved coming here this morning. Got my breakfast was a little burned out they don't have the jalapeño cheddar biscuit in stock but nonetheless the biscuits are still bomb. It came out as I expected fresh and soft. They ran out of coffee but they quickly put new coffee and even the hostess walking around refilled my cup and offered creams or sugars..... gotta say that was something else and made my morning anf time to put this reviewS/o to this team here!!
Horrible service every time!! Place my orders to go and always wrong every time. Tried to give them the benefit of doubt and disappointed always. I love whataburger but the next closest one in Sunland park by the mall and I shouldn't have to travel that far when the one by UTEP is a block away from my house. The GM needs to step up their game and staff.
Lights on, people inside. Girl in the window tells me it’s closed. As I’m starting at a lobby of people and a sign that says 24hrs open…….. so a place open 24 hours it’s closed and they’re employees to tell me so. Thank you for your full staff currently cooking and telling me your closed
I can't get Whataburger in Utah so I always go when I visit Texas. I ate there several times during the week and the food was consistently good. Love their breakfast too!
This place takes forever .. if you know you have a lunch rush should nt you be ready?? I have never seen a restaurant as dirty as this one either!! No one even cleans the tables and with COVID that’s just gross
I would give a 0 if I could. This morning about 530 I stopped in to order food before work, sit at drive thru for about 3-5 mins no one acknowledged me. Then went to the window seen employees in there honked my horn to get their attention no one came to window. I then ordered food online tried calling store to make sure order is correct no one would answer the phone. Called multiple times
Food was good. My only complaint is that i was owed 3.78 and was given 3.75 back with the Excuse that they were out of change. No effort made by the employee to ask the manager for change.
My 7 1/2 months pregnant wife asked for a #1 plain with cheese. When she got her burger it had mustard on it. She didn't realize that you have to order it plain, and DRY to get it the way she likes it. The manager noticed her immediately when she stood up to bring her Whataburger back. He fixed the burger right away with a smile at no charge even though it was her bad. Thank you! Y'all are awesome!
