Back like ten years ago they used to have nice old people work there. I used to go late at night I usually see this nice old lady. Then one day they fired all the nice people and replaced them with young people who could careless. Tonight I had the worst whataburger I've ever had in my entire life. Burnt on the edges and undercooked on the inside.
Worst service ever. Waited 25 minutes for our dine in order, while we saw how they catered completely to the drive through. Not sure if they have our food to someone else or simply were confused but there were several other people sitting without their meals.
Last 2 meals there were not good. Seems they shrunk the border patties and therefore now overcook them a lot. Was my favorite place for a burger but now I won't go back for quite a while.
First of all Stephanie was very nice. I was told to pull up and wait for my food, and thought itd be fresh. The fries were cold not even lamp warm, and the coffee had been sitting for a while and was stale.
Place is a fairly new building, it is clean, staff is nice and courteous, restrooms were clean!!!!.... Some people like their food steaming hot, others warm.whike a few others don't really mind as long as it is tasty. I fall in the middle category, therefore i'm happy eating here.
Met someone who was trying Whataburger for the first time(double meat & cheese) I asked him what he thought and he said it was great!...but the challenge for Best is understood and alive and well.He was from Cali. He was trying various restaurants in El Paso....I sent him to State Line!!!! For the Beef Ribs!
Meh. Did the job in a pinch when nothing else was open, but the burger had too much bun and the fries were cold. Good, not great.
Whataburger is always expensive, because you expect the quality to match. I'll definitely avoid this location in the future, the quality of food was way below average or expectation. The workers were, however, prompt and courteous.
Samantha thank you very much to all the crew made the best burger which is not a burger it is a Whataburger I recommended highly that number five I enjoyed those Golden Brown french fries and my eyes cold drink
Still good food, just wish that the meal was a little more fresh, the onions on the patty melt I ordered tasted like some of them fell into dirty dish water and then got recooked. Clean facilities for the most part but definitely really busy.
