The drive thru experience is a mess. Asked for ketchup at window w the drinks and was told to ask whoever brings my food out for it. I’m at drive thru. Shouldn’t yawl be handing me my food at the window? I think so. Making people pull forward so that you can falsify your orders getting out on time is the worse practice ever. Then yawl don’t even have shaded areas where ur making people wait. Your restaurant is a complete mess. Run your business for the visitor eating not for your fluffed and very fake numbers. Two thumbs down
By far the worst location to eat at, foods never fresh. Today i got My order and my burger was literally cold to the touch cheese looked like it had been melted on the burger hours ago. I swear If i could add pictures I’m not over exaggerating lol. Sadly it’s the closest location to where I live at, but I’ll definitely be eating elsewhere if this location was my last resort.
Bathroom sink in op drink machine in op waited for someone to take our order had to yell into the back to get a person music too loud. Takes forever to get food and then sub par . Sad it used to be better it's gone down hill so much sad also tray girl shows up to ask if we want ketchup or anything and the tray is literally empty um hello?
Their food is great when you go to the restaurant but is never correct when you get it delivered. I know they blame it on uber eats or who ever delivers it. I understand a mistake here and there but everytime and only from this store, makes you wonder...

Use the app, it's easy and faster. This awesome place always had a line so why wait for your freshly made food. Great customer service, very convenient.
Multiple times this has happened. Long lines for no reason waiting on my order while other people pass me. It is always the night crew as well. This time was the last straw. Completely messed up order and served the burger completely dry.
Second time I come here and burger not the way they are supposed to be made. Bun is cold and meat is overcooked and everything put together outside of buns onion rings were good
Waited half an hour on a curbside order before giving up an going to get my cold food with spoiled produce.
