Fun steakhouse...not stuffy and has great self aged beef
7-8-22 Lunch with a Lady Friend My Date said it was the best Salmon she had ever had. I ordered the prawns bruschetta. They prawns couldnât have passed for jumbo shrimp. I have dined on prawns a number of times. I had a prawnless bruschetta at West Texas Chop House

We had Albert as a server. Not only was he knowledgeable on the menu, precise on serving and checking up on us, and friendly, but he gave some amazing recommendations which we truly enjoyed. I’d recommend reserving a table here to celebrate any special occasion because u will definitely enjoy it and feel special. Thanks again for the experience!
El lugar bien. Desgraciadamente el corte que ordenamos 3/4 (ribeye 16) quemado por fuera y crudo por dentro. Una lástima pues un buen corte mal preparado.
We had a very large party and they only had one waitress (Andrea, and she was great honestly) serving us for the first hour or so and they were running behind, which made it even harder on her. Instead of them letting us know up front that they were limited on staff and delayed serving they waited for us to ask and one of the waitresses added later responded with an attitude several times when we asked for things. We weren't even offered water and didn't get to order until 2 hours in and when the food was coming out silverware, side dishes, and drinks were missing.The food and drinks however were amazing! Everything was cooked to perfection! And we tried a variety of dishes.
Great food, Great food, great service. However food did take a long time. Acoustics are a little loud, hard to have a conversation.
The family was disappointed! I took my family there for my wife's birthday. The food tasted great for the most part but had two big issues: 1. Everything served was either lukewarm warm or cold. At one point we had to return the chicken tortilla soup because the bowl was hot, but the soup was actually cold. 2. Not sure the kids menu items are meant for children. I ordered mac and cheese with fries for my son and he wouldn't eat the mac and cheese. He said it did not tasted like mac and cheese. We decided to taste it and it was not the kind of mac and cheese kids like and there was something off with the flavor and texture. At this point we did not want to send it back. So, he just ate the fries and we ordered him an ice-cream sunday from the kids menu. Once again we got something that appeared to come from the regular menu: it was delicious, but it was so big it took 4 of us to eat it. The service was was not bad and their staff was professional. However, it was our first time to the restaurant and for the amount of money we payed, we expected better quality. Sadly, we will not be returning customers or recommending it to anyone.
