I don't know much about this place but I do know when I walked in I did not feel very welcomed in fact I feel a little bit discriminated
Food is good! Service is lacking..
Excellent service , the manager on this evenning shift was extremly attentive and our waitress was fantastic . This was at the University location on Mesa .
Worst service ever. They told me that my order was going to be ready in 5 to 7 min. After 20min of waiting I ask for my order, they told me that they never received the order....
Bad service.. got my tea back when we were leaving only saw our waitress when she took our other...
Food was cold. There were about 3 waitresses 3 a cashier, someone sweeping the carpet and a manager, when I told the manager I was only paying for the coffee, she apologize and explained that there was only 1 cook, understanding the situation were still dealing and no one wants to work, my thing is, if you only have 1 cook and other type of staff, why can't 1 or 2 give help the cook. For all I know, being a manager, sometimes he/she goes and help where it's most needed. I feel bad for the cook.
Need more space in corner booths.
Good service and good food plus clean
I loved their food my personal favorite is the strawberry banana French toast combo
