Last night my wife and I went to get a late night snack. It was about 830 pm not many customers in the restaurant. Sat us down waitress was very nice took our order. My wife had a Tuns sandwich,I also asked for some jalapeños. I had just plain pancakes. That is where it went south.the order took about 25 minutes to get to us .tuna sandwich was portions too small we have had that before and it was half of what we usually get.the pancakes were small too. We had to ask for the ketchup.,and no jalapeños were brought. We had to ask again for them.by the time they brought them out my wife had finished her sandwich. Very disappointed with the service.

Had French toast, it took care of my hunger. Our server was attentive, friendly and very courteous. My friend got her spinach omelette and her 4 year old her happy face pancakes. We finished with a smile ?

Honest review , Attention owner of this village inn!!! we like the food here nothing wrong and the service but , I just walked away now because of the SMELL it is like going to a public restroom please do something about it try the best to fix this ASAP! I was expecting something like coffee smell in the morning but as soon as I walked in that smell Made me run away! I had my table and could not stand it .. sorry

Our server, Isabelle, was very sweet and kept checking in on us without being overbearing. She is the prime example of great customer service!

I had terrible service here. They messed up our order more than 4 times in one visit and the staff wasn’t very polite. I’ve frequented different village inn’s across the city and this one is by far the worst in terms of service. I do not recommend it. You’re better off driving a few extra miles to a different location.

Late dinner turned out great. Awesome chefs salad. I’d definitely recommend the chicken sandwich.

Autumn was busier with her cell then to assist customers. Placed order for pick-up said be ready 25min, showed up 35min later Autumn looked at me like with blank look took 2minutes to find my order..she just stood there with cell in hand til I Asked Her if she could go back & check on my food after standing around another 3min. Never asked me if needed utensils, I had to check inside bag to see order All There...Autumn needs to be told customers come before her cell.

Ordered 2 soups and 2 southwest salads. The soup was barely warm and tasted okay. The southwest salads were edible but not enjoyable. The lettuce and avocados were brown and the tortilla slices were stale. We let them know but the lady at the front just gave us a face and charged us full. Definitely recommend the location on Trawood instead.

As always, food was awesome. Why it's not 5 stars is because they were down to 2 stars due to our waitress. She was a sweetheart but overwhelmed. Rating went back up because a manager stepped up and took care of us.
